750, corked and baled. Pours a hazy rubied garnet with very little foam at the rim but lots of rising nucleation columns. Tart underdeveloped pie cherry notes on the nose as well as the palate, with a fairly flabby body. Itís pleasant, but needs a lot more presence in both the body and the flavor.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy reddish color with a small white head. Has a fruity sour cherry aroma. Fruity sour cherry flavor. Has a fruity malty sour cherry finish.

Didnít get much in the way of aroma, but a decent pink color. I thought this was pretty tasty. Not real sour or funky, but enough to balance the sweetness. Almost that a starter version of a sour. Enjoyable.

Pours pink with a bubbly white head. Aroma is cherries, cereals - tart and sweet. Medium bodied, lively carbonation, medium sour. Flavour is sour cherries, some light malt backing. Fairly one dimensional. The finish is sour and something seems kind of off, maybe too acidic. The beer is okay until the finish.

Bottle. Pours pinkish cherry red. Nose/taste of light cherry, toasted grain, artificial sweetener and yeast. Medium body. Very little hint of sourness. Mostly dryish toasted grain and artificial cherry.

Not a horrid beer but certainly a horrid sour. Pinkish pour and faint cherry aroma are promising but the taste just doesnít come through. Like drinking Country Time lemonade mix instead of fresh-squeezed.

Nice dark pink with a cotton candy head. Nose is cherry, tart, wood, and nice. Very smooth on the palate, very tart, cherries, great finish.

Bottle; Pour is slightly murky pink / amber with an average fine bubbled white head in this glass - The nose is cherry skin, with a weak malty base...... The flavor profile is muted. I wasnít expecting much - and still received less than that out of this bottle. A touch of lemon, some bready malt, more cherry skins and a bit of juice ..... Another marketing first brew from Uinta.

Location: 750 ml bottle from State Line, 8/9/12

Aroma: The aroma has some cherries, other fruits, light tart/funk, some yeast, and some herbal notes
Appearance: It pours a kind of reddish-pinkish-orangish (I know, that was a great use of the "ish" suffix) color with a fizzy, almost champagne-like, white head, no lace, and a lot of bubbly movement in the glass
Flavor: The taste is similar, it is tart, sweet, acidic, and fruity, but it was not really all that sour
Palate: It has a fairly light body, and heavily fizzy carbonation (again champagne-like seems to fit)
Overall Impression: What else is there to say about this one? I found things to like and dislike about this one. The nose is fairly decent, not great, but I had no major qualms. The pour is a little weird, but still perfectly acceptable. The flavor? Well, Iíve got some qualms there. It was kind of a miss, maybe not a major miss, but definitely at least a minor miss. The palate? It wasnít bad as much as it was odd. It just doesnít drink like a beer. If I want something this much like champagne, Iíll drink the bubbly. Ultimately, this beer just didnít come together. Maybe some more aging would have improved it, but then again, maybe not.

Poured from bottle into a tulip. Pours a lighter red color with a small head. Not much depth, but nice aromas of tart cherries and berries with a touch of florals. Medium bodied, but somewhat watery and lacking a mid+finish. It does have some decent flavors of tart cherries and berries, but it is lacking. Pretty disappointing. It was on the thinner side but did have some decent flavors
