750ml bottle. Rating #42. Dark rose color, clear with a light pink head. Light fruity aroma, sweet and sour cherries. Sour bite right up front, more cherries and a little sweetness in the finish. Not bad. (2404)

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Clear amber pour reddish tint thin white/pink head decent carbonation .... aroma is light and of bitter and tart cherries ... taste is of dry sour cherries, light bitter and tart ... not much else to it light flavors finishes dry and tart ... bittersweet brew easy to drink just lacks flavor .... Should have saved the $17 bucks

0.9 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 1/20
Pours pinkish hue, with minimal head and as bubbly as champagne. The aroma is nothing special. When it hit my palate it tasted like a wine spritzer or flavored carbonated water, followed by an unpleasant sour musk aftertaste that made it extremely difficult to finish and ruined my tastebuds for hours. The best thing about the beer was the bottle it came in, which I was excited to add to my bottle collection above my kitchen cabinets. However, after tasting this beer I never want a reminder so I threw it out. Do yourself a favor and save the twelve bucks!

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pleasant tart cherry nose with a touch of estery belgian yeast, a little grain, and light sour. Pours golden, nice head and lace. The flavor has notes of tart cherries, light belgian yeast esters a bit of grain, bread, moderately sour. Pleasant with good carbonation and solid drinkability.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
pours a clear amber with mild red hues...medium white head. aroma is lightly sweet with mild cherry. flavor has nice tart cherries without the sweetness. mouthfeel is light with a dry and crisp cherry finish. this is good but lacks the complexity of some krieks, cherry sours, and fruit beers ive tasted.

750ml bottle poured into a Tripel Karmaliet glass. Recent entry for a sour. Kind of middle of the road.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
One of the most interesting looking beers I’ve ever seen...like some purple dye was mixed in to a cloudy blonde. Tart and cherry, though a bit heavier than you might like for the style, it’s not bad, and very drinkable. I also like the low abv. Would go well as a dessert beer. If you have a friend who wants to try a sour but is nervous about it, this more mild example might be a good idea.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours a bright reddish pink, with a light pink/white head. Good retention. Good sourness upfront, with more body than anticipated. Sours are generally thinner than this...notes of corn. Curious about the malt bill in this. Cherry notes take a while to show up with temperature. Almost light Jolly Rancher like. Overall, tart not sour. Expected more, but it could be a training beer for those not into full fledged sours.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Corked 750 ml and served in my NB Worthy glass: Pours a ruby highlighted amber hue with very little head and lace but nice stream of tiny little bubbles. The aroma has notes of tart cherry, biscuity malt, mineral water, slight cardamom like spice vapours and a hint of lime too. The taste is acidic cherry and lime, some band-aid and acetone, far too much alcohol for something that is suppose to be only 5.7 ABV, oh and some minor pale and crystal malt too. The mouth feel is sprite and sharp, quite refreshing with a tannic pitty finish. Really, there are parts of the brew I really enjoy but it just does not come together harmoniously. Perhaps age will help add complexity and depth.. or perhaps not.
