Bottle: Glowing peach/amber colored pour with a short lived white head. Nose is malty with very light fruit and hints of oak. Tastes malty, earthy, sort of a stale tartness, cherries, and more stale malt. Overall the odd stale notes and lingering malt are a turn-off. Bummer

Bottled 05MAR13 ABV 7.4% Dark brown with cherry hues, a loose, scattered light tan foam. Smells of wood, vanilla, some sweet cream - nothing like a wild of any kind... Flavor is tart, acetic, metallic, some oak, mostly tart metal here -poor showing. Medium bodied with loose, moderate carb and a dry finish. A really disappointing offering.

750 mL bottle from State Line Liquors, bottled 3/20/12. Pours a clear red color with a large frothy tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of tart cherries, earth, citrus, mild vegetal notes. The taste is intense tart cherries, caramel, citrus, some peppery spice. Medium bodied, lingering tartness, high carbonation, nicely sour. Nice beer.

Been a few years. Reddish brown pour. Malty caramelish and cherry nose. Flavor is similar, but with a dusty sour flavor hidden in the background. Could be better.

Bottle from Aaron. Thanks! The beer pours an orange color with a big white head. Metal, cardboard, cherry, and a hint of bandaid. Tart lemon, light vinegar, lemon, and bubblegum. The flavor is moderately tart and somewhat sweet. Cherry, bubblegum, and some sweet malt. A bit of cardboard, metal, and a touch of bandaid. Not a big fan.

Bottle 750ml. corked.

Clear medium red orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white - light pink head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, wood, fruity, light hoppy, cherry notes, light wood - oak. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart fruit, wood. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130405]

750mL shared by jaxbeerhonk during CBC 2013. Thanks bro! Cherry, tart, funk, and some maltiness. A little thin maybe, but I don’t see all the hate up in this bitch (maybe a few too deep when I had this?)

this is an incredible sour cherry, drinks like some of the best belgian sours, effervescent with a dry finish, plenty of cherry in the nose and the body.

750ml bottle. Pours a clear reddish copper color with a small off white head. Aroma of sour cherries, honey, and sweet malt. Tasted like sour cherries, pie crust, and honey. It had a clean sweet and sour aftertaste.
