3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottled. Pours orange with a sticky large white head. Big dank hop aroma with quite a bit of sweet fruitiness. Flavor is sweet caramel with a back of piney hop bitterness on an oily full body.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
From the bottle this poured a clear amber body with a tall, rocky off-white head. Lots of sticky lace. The aroma had some toffee-ish malt covered heavily by piney and floral hops. Same with the flavor, but tipping towards the hops and having a mid to strong bitterness. Pleasant lingering bitterness in the finish with a touch of sweet stickiness. I would call this a fairly decent IPA, but not a DIPA.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
While not a lover of DIPAs I enjoy this one. Hoppy all over, nose, palate, super bitter finish. Mostly just bittering hops, not too complex in character. It’s not sugary like some DIPAs, a plus for me. good brew, give it a try.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
This was from a late July bottling or sometime in the past. Regardless, its showing a bit of age but still held together well. Pours soft peach skin amber with two fingers of creamy off white head. Nose shows age, doing pretty well for being a 4 + month old DIPA. Super resinous/oily hop character, definitely some oxidation. Spicy alcohol and bready malt backbone. More like a strong ale at this point. Piney bitterness.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Big Game @ Sierra #1, on tap. Pours out a nice golden color, fluffy white head. Aromas aren’t as potent as I expected. but none the less a nice floral and pine citrus notes. Palate is decently balanced considering the low 74 IBU’s. Citrus finish is clean and the palate is smooth. Really decent.
