Bottle, 75cl, courtesy of fonefan. A clear, golden beer with a small, diminishing off-white head. Some cellary notes in the aroma, which is otherwise grainy and fruity. The flavor has some unclean notes, can’t really identify it. Alcohol, grains and fruity hops. Nice bitterness. Full-bodied and warming, finishing quite bitter. Some grainy, fruity flavors too. A decent one, but not a style a see any sensible use for. 100814

Clear light gold beer. Little white head. Light semi dry palate. Creamy semi dry lagerish malt. Sweet, almost tripel like, fruits - peach, apricot. Minerals. Finishes semi dry. Hides it’s 9.0% very well. Pils - Tripel hybrid? Best when fridge cold.

750 c&c from Ace in Boulder, CO. Pours hazy yellow/gold with a foamy off-white head. Aroma is something spice/citrus. Med body/frothish carb. Flavor is pale malt with a lot of herby/grassy/spice hop. Still think there’s some citrus/fruit lurkin in it. It’s near lush. Drinks incredibly well. Not a hint of heat. Excellent.
