Bottle, 9%. Lagery aroma, a little caramelly. Almost clear shiny golden colour. Very small white head. The flavour is a little rough, quite alcoholic. Clean, though.

Bottle, 75cl, courtesy of fonefan. A clear, golden beer with a small, diminishing off-white head. Some cellary notes in the aroma, which is otherwise grainy and fruity. The flavor has some unclean notes, can’t really identify it. Alcohol, grains and fruity hops. Nice bitterness. Full-bodied and warming, finishing quite bitter. Some grainy, fruity flavors too. A decent one, but not a style a see any sensible use for. 100814

(750ml, bottled 09/30/10, courtesy of blutt59) Pours a clear yellow body with a medium white head. Aroma of grass, mustiness, and florals. Flavor of grass, florals, subtle pine, and light citrus with a dry, moderately bitter finish.

750ml bottle-thanks jtclockwork for sharing-pours a rich off white head and hazy yellow/gold color. Aroma is fruity, light/medium malt-musty, slight clove. Taste is slightly lemon tart-fruity, light/medium malt-musty, slight clove from yeast? OK carbonation. Nice “mild Imperial”.

Golden with a small white head. Aroma of malt, fine herbal hops and a bit of alcohol. Sweet grainy malt with hop character and a decent bitterness

750 c&c from Ace in Boulder, CO. Pours hazy yellow/gold with a foamy off-white head. Aroma is something spice/citrus. Med body/frothish carb. Flavor is pale malt with a lot of herby/grassy/spice hop. Still think there’s some citrus/fruit lurkin in it. It’s near lush. Drinks incredibly well. Not a hint of heat. Excellent.

A: The beer pours a clear golden straw color with a finger of white head. S: Not the greatest nose on this beer. Lager yeast and corn with a big apple aroma. A light floral and grass quality to the nose. Very light malt character, too. T: Fairly sweet with a lot of pale malts, bread, table sugar, and a fair amount of corn, too. Just a mild hop flavor to it and very little bitterness. As it warms up, a hint of toasted bread comes through. M: Medium in body and carbonation. O: Sort of a letdown for me as I have come to enjoy a lot of this brewery’s beers.
