2.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Not too much to this wheat beer, tastes more like an amber as said. It has a clean and crisp mouthfeel and can be very drinkable though.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
The pour is a clear (filtered) amber color with a moderate, white, pillowy head which settles to a very thin layer and leaves sporadic lace. The nose is biscuity, toasted caramel, tart wheat, and sweat. The flavor is similar with toasty caramel and biscuit, some wheat bread, and still a faint sweat note. The palate is lively, light to medium, and watery. Nothing to like in this one. Not really a wheat beer to me.

Bottle... Poured copper/amber with a fizzy, eggy/off-white head. Lots of wheated malt flavors here. Reminded me of a lot of wheat beers from breweries back east. Clean, low bitterness, nice sweetness from malt. A little floral.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 8/20
Out of the bottle from Uptown. Pours a clear, light brown color with a white head. Taste is slightly off. I taste some roasted malts without much hop character. Not terrible, but Uinta has much better beers.

3.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Light toast aroma, with a little herbal (from the yeast, I think?).
Biscuit-y, sweet, light caramel and bread crust flavor. Light herbal -- similar to the aroma.

aroma of cinnamon and dark malts. Taste is sweet with a slight bitterness rounded out by a nice maltiness. bit of hoppy pepperiness in the finish as well.

Dark golden color, clear. Bottle. Nice biscuit, caramel aroma. Light sweetness, light bitter. Light bodied. This is pretty good stuff. I was pleasantly surprised. First amber wheat that I remember having.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
I picked this up as a M&M 6pack from Binny’s in Downer’s Grove, IL in summer 2012.
Pours a clear, medium brown/amber color with a perfect off-white head. Some slight scents of wheat and malts, but nothing overpowering in the smell. Taste is quite mellow and very light. You get some hints of raw wheat but that it is. The actual taste is fine, there just need to be more flavor behind it. Overall a weak beer that needs work, but I guess it’s all about marketing it as a USDA organic in the end.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
12 oz bottle served in a tulip. Pour was ruddy ice tea with two fingers of light khaki head. There was very little lacing, but the retention was a notable positive. Nose is old vegetables, wheat, yeast, grass, and light cloves. Taste is wheat, yeast, grainy malt, and an oddball (but light) tang that I can’t place. I’m not crazy about this brew, though that is more the fault of the style. I can drink one though, still far easier than a Budweiser!
