Is she supposed to be Sarah Palin? Smells really nice, plenty of orange zest. Quite fruity, but not too wheaty. A bit thinnish at times, but pleasantly surprised by how much I liked it.

The taste is a classic wheat with a light twang of wet citrus along with some white grapes. A touch of honey-bread in the finish. Nice, crisp and clean.

12oz bottle poured into a tall pilsener glass. Light amber with a quickly fading white head. Citrus and coriander plus slightly sweeter than the average wheat but not overly. Not bad.

12 oz. bottle. Bottled 11/11/11. Pours a fizzy, short lived, off white head, over a clear amber (SRM 8) body....nose is cereal, light biscuit.....taste is malted cereal, hints of toast, ending with a light bitterness...mouth feel light, carbonation very fizzy. This is a well balanced, but uninteresting and almost boring offering. BJCP 5/3/9/4/5

Bottle poured a clear reddish amber with a small lingering amber head. Aromas of wheat, burnt caemel, coriander and light fruittiness. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of wheat, burnt carmel, coriander and light fruittiness with a crisp lingering coriander finish.

This poured a clear amber color with an off white head. Aroma was caramel, light toast, and some wheat and yeast character. Flavor was much the same, grainy, nutty, and toasted, with some balance of bitterness. Nothing outstanding by anymeans, but a nice clean beer.

Too bad the nice artwork drew me in. Otherwise this is a clear mild amber. Not much happening here at all. Thin and boring. Little malt flavor. Almost no hop flavors. Too bad.

Flat, clear, orange appearance and a funky smell. The palate was just as flat as I thought it might be, given the appearance. The taste wasnt too bad, hints of fruit tea and maltiness - drinkable but incredibly bland. It came off as something youd taste from a beginner home brewer. Mustve been a bad batch (although the bottled date was only 1 month old).

12oz. Bottle: Aroma of wheat, grain, and a hint of fruit. Poured orange in color with a small, off-white head that greatly diminished but lasted throughout as a film on top of the beer, as well as around the edges. Hazy. Sparkling. Flavor is medium sweet. Tastes of malt, fruit, wheat, tea, and sugar. Light to medium body. Lightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Wheat, fruit, tea finish is dry.
