COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Formerly known as Hop Notch. Wonderful complex flavos, like no other, simply a great tasting IPA. Its balanced, strong malt backbone, citrusy nose, with hints of pine and grass.

On tap. Wow! I did not like this. I got the caramel taste but very disappointed.

Caramel, doughy and slightly sticky up front. Blends and fades to grapefruit, tangerine and pine as it becomes less sticky. Almost clean finish with a slight return from the caramel. Great winter warmer on this cold winters day. Good with spicy chili, I suspect it would compliment lamb or beef stew.

Cloudy orange color pour with booming milk-white head. Lovely aroma of citrus, hop, malt, pine, spices, yeast. Warmth from the alcohol but its nearly undetectable. Nice. Hop and citrus balance, pine accent.

Scents and taste of citrus, pine, and grass. Cloudy with a light lacing. This is a very good IPA and pretty well balanced IMO. Very enjoyable hoppy bite with smooth dry finish. Id definitely buy this baby again as it satisfies my need for hoppiness.

A great everyday IPA. Pours gold with a nice white head. Floral, grass, and pine on the nose. Sticky resin sweetness and grapefruit on the tongue, with a dry bubbly finish. Very fine.
