Pours a dark golden color with a off white head with nice lacing. Aroma is tropical fruits and a really sweet malt backbone. Taste is grapefruit and mango, strong caramel backbone that helps balances out the bitter grapefruit taste, then it goes back to a lingering bitter finish. Solid IPA .

Bottle from Total Wine in Redondo Beach. Orange pour. Quickly diminishing white head. Aroma immediately after pour was a fresh citrus. A minute later the citrus was gone and aroma consisted of mowed grass and sweet malt. Taste is lemon and sweet malt. Finish is bitter. Body is medium and mouthfeel is slightly sticky.

Pours a clear golden with slight tint of orange and one finger of head that sticks around a bit. Mouth-watering hoppy smells of fresh-cut grass and piney woods with a hint of citrus and light malt. Intense flavors of dank, grassy hops that approaches an oniony or garlicy character, but falls just short of that. Sweet from the begining, but also very bitter the whole time, so it finally finishes somewhat dry after the long bitter finish. Great American IPA. Just a great beer.

Nose is Citrus, pine, grapefruit..possibly even lemon/lime. Definite west coast standard. Superb malt backbone. Extremely thirst quenching. Taste is almost as hoppy as the nose. Feels almost sessionable. Would love to enjoy this on a nice sunny day by the pool.

bottle, someone left at house. Best before 03/28/13. ok aroma, bittersweet. citrus and pine. clean light brownish orange color, small head that faded quick, little lacing. bittersweet flavor. medium body, creamy mouthfeel, bitter finish. Good, kind of familiar, dulled as it warmed. might try to spot a fresher bottle one of these days. nothing bad, nothing great

Poured a clear copper color with a nice and thick eggshell colored head. Aroma is resin, floral, citrus, herbs, grass, and caramel. Taste is grapefruit, grass, pine, sweet malt, and a nice bitter finish. Really good stuff, especially for the price.

Superior IPA. One of the best Iíve had in awhile. Great balance of sweetness with a citrus and pine hoppiness. Jay brought this one back with him from Utah in spring, 2013.

Bottle. Pours literally the ideal colour for an ipa/ pale ale. beautiful copper with a tint of orange. decently thick one finger + head that lingers. aroma is citrus and pine with a soothing background of malty goodness. Hits all the right flavour notes for an IPA- piney, grass, citrus with a nice sweet base. good, balanced, interesting, delicious. Just the right amount of bitterness on the finish so you know they didnít skimp on the hops. One of the best IPAís Iíve had recently. Packs a punch at 7.3% abv- i thought that wasnít allowed in Utah........:) Really, really good.

Pours an orange color with a slight copper tint. A distinct floral aroma. Taste is very floral and grassy. A bitter IPA aftertaste that didnít linger. Overall a simple IPA that surprises with a hint of citrus.
