Formerly known as Hop Notch. Wonderful complex flavos, like no other, simply a great tasting IPA. It’s balanced, strong malt backbone, citrusy nose, with hints of pine and grass.

Pours a hazy golden brown with a medium white head. Nice hoppy aroma with some toasty notes and nuts. Medium bitter. Light to medium body with a slight sticky texture and a medium bitter finish that sticks around for a while. Not a bad IPA, but nothing really special either.

Poured clear, yellow-orange, with a nice thick white head. Aromas of earthy hops, sweet malt, and cereal. Sweet flavor but balanced with a clean bitter finish.

Earthy herbal aroma with subtle hints of grapefruit. Flavor follows with the addition of black tea and citrus/lemon. Dry crisp finish with some lingering bitterness.

Pours a hazy bronze. Nose has grapefruit and honey. Taste is a hop explosion with a bitter front with grapefruit up front. Nice fruity hop flavours well balanced by the malt. A very good ipa. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

bottle, sweet malt water with pennies. Sharp malt alachol burn killed drinkabillity. But no date so it might be old. This is why i only buy ipas at breweries.

Excellent! Pour is an amber/golden (SRM~8) color with medium size off white head. Aroma tropical fruit and peach. Taste is all about the hops, lots of tropical fruit flavors, some pine, plenty of bitterness. Malt is present to back up the hops but does not get in the way. I need more of this one.

Wow, very unique. Aroma of honey and cereal. Color lighter for an ipa. Cloudy. Taste: flowers, honey, cherries, bit of reefer. Malty too. Nice sweetness. Mild carbonation, not very bitter for American ipa. Really really unique hop profile. Me gusta

Can while in Seattle. Pours a murky browny gold with a white head. Big tangerine lemon pine aroma. Medium body, medium carbonation. Nice and juicy with tangerine, a little pineapple, pine, lemon, woody resin, grapefruit, very light caramel, light marmalade on toast... Nice finish. Tasty.

Presentation: It was poured from a brown 12 oz bottle into a tulip glass. The label lists the abv at 7.2%. Appearance: The body is cloudy with a super fine sediment inside a rich amber liquid. This is topped off with a nice tall creamy head which hangs on well and makes tons of sweet lacey patterns on the glass. Smell: The aroma is full of sweet fruity hop notes. I get notes of peaches, white grapes and some mango. Taste / Palate: The base malt adds some grainy bready maltiness and some sweetness which props up the fruity hops. The hops bring a full on blast of mango, peach and a touch of white grape up front. This quickly moves on to more bitter notes of citrus rind. It seems to finish quickly but a light pine like hop bitterness creeps back in on the tongue. The palate feels fairly full and we’ll carbonated. This as well as its 7.3% abv makes for a nice slow sipping beverage.
