Formerly known as Hop Notch. Wonderful complex flavos, like no other, simply a great tasting IPA. Itís balanced, strong malt backbone, citrusy nose, with hints of pine and grass.

Can. A good, sturdy IPA. Bitter and hoppy, there isnít much else going on with this beer, but it fits quite firmly in the style. Nothing wrong with it, but nothing special.

IPA perfection. The alcohol heat is almost hidden with the caramel malts and hop profile. I truly believe the secret to this beer is in the uinta yeast strain. Maybe the micronutrients also set the hops off. And as I said thatís balanced with the malts. Liquid copper gold. Decent head. My favorite.

12 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Poured cloudy, copper in color with an off white head and lots of lacing on the glass. Aroma is malty, lots of caramel notes combined with some citrus fruit notes. Taste is sweet and malty, mildly bitter towards the end. It sweetness makes itís very drinkable for an IPA.

Complex with nice palate, though a rough finish. Strong bite was nice and keep the sips small.

Appearance: pours with a medium but very dense beige head, the beer is a slightly hazy average gold color with an orange hue to it Aroma: kind of faint under the dense head, cream, hints of grass Taste: strong malt backbone, malt is a caramel roasted flavor, similar to dales pale ale, bitter finish Palate: average carbonation, medium to heavy mouthfeel, slightly bitter aftertaste Overall: this is a strong beer, very strong malt backbone, I feel like the malt leads this beer and the hops are there to counter it, the bitterness is there buts fangs are taken our by the strong maltiness ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

I like it. It has IPA taste, but light. 82 IBU. 75 characters is stupid. Why can't I just give stars and be done fast like Netflix? I'm dinking beer for gosh sakes! There, 75, geez. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
