COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Formerly known as Hop Notch. Wonderful complex flavos, like no other, simply a great tasting IPA. It’s balanced, strong malt backbone, citrusy nose, with hints of pine and grass.

Bottle @ home. Pretty cool puke green, recycled paper label. Moderately hazy dark orange appearance with a fluffy white head. Really a nice grapefruit, orange citrusy, slightly piney hoppy, sweet pale malty aroma. Dessert pale malty, slightly spicy, grapefruit citrusy hoppy flavor. Booze is hidden well. Surprisingly a pretty nice IPA.

Bottle. Hazy deeper golden color with an averaged sized off white head. Floral, pine and citrus. Lighter sweetness with a medium bitter finish.

A good though not exceptional IPA, on tap at Capone’s Restaurant. Big IBU, fruity and orange. Spider lace. Decent drinkability, however some bleach in the finish.

Clear orange-amber pour with a medium thin frothy off-white head that diminishes steadily. Short strings of lacing. Aroma oh hops, malt and pine. Medium body with flavors of resiny hops, caramel malt and fruit, The finish is moderately bitter with a lingering piney hops aftertaste. Above average overall.

355mL thanks to tastybeer. Pours a clear orange with a medium, yellow, rockier head with nice retention and stickier lacing. Nose is fresh cantaloupe, honey, pine, cheesier hops. Taste is aggressively bitter, piney, sappy, no off character. Thankfully not astringent. No sugar or red apples. No orange candies. Nice.

12 oz. bottle, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is quite mild, with light citrus, along with some bready / grainy notes. Flavour of grassy, citrusy hops, with some bready, grainy and earthy tones integrated nicely with just enough malt balance. Fairly standard, unspectacular, though well-crafted IPA.

SUprisingly solid ipa. Rich and citrusy, slight pine, medium bitterness, way better than I expected.

Tap at Owl Farm. Slightly hazy golden pour. The nose is quite bright and fresh. Citrus and a bit of fruit. Bright and fairly resinous. Some orange marmalade and a touch of Spice retro nasally. Nice IPA

Pour is fairly clear orange with nice white head out of bottle, aroma brings notes of pine and grass, some slight floral, and orange notes with touch of balancing biscuit. Taste is fairly nice, hop forward and fairly bitter, hints of grass, pine, orange, and some earthy spice, some biscuit, finishes fairly dry and bitter.
