COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Formerly known as Hop Notch. Wonderful complex flavos, like no other, simply a great tasting IPA. It’s balanced, strong malt backbone, citrusy nose, with hints of pine and grass.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a a bright golden orange, a bit hazy with 2 fingers of lacy head and good carbonation. Aroma is ripe orange, mango, peach, earthy hops and pine. Flavor is lots of sweet citrus up front with a slowly escalating hop bitterness towards the back. Some resiny earthy hops and grapefruit to go with the slightly bitter aftertaste. Some sweetness lingers in between. Definitely a first rate IPA, reminds me a bit of a Bells Two Hearted.

Bottle. Pours deep golden yellow with white head that is thick and lingers, particularly unusual for an ipa. Sweat grass aroma and above average carbonation. Very drinkable ipa with nice complexity ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: FEB 22, 2014 In a 12oz bottle. Tangy sweet hop aroma. Huge nectarine-hop flavor. Finishes with sweetness, sweetness and more sweetness. Hops overwhelm the malts just like you?d expect in a booming West Coast-style IPA.

Huge fresh hop aroma. Deep copper color with a healthy head. Huge hop flavor, quite bitter, with a hearty malt backbone. Medium/full body. Clean finish.

Pours a clear golden with slight tint of orange and one finger of head that sticks around a bit. Mouth-watering hoppy smells of fresh-cut grass and piney woods with a hint of citrus and light malt. Intense flavors of dank, grassy hops that approaches an oniony or garlicy character, but falls just short of that. Sweet from the begining, but also very bitter the whole time, so it finally finishes somewhat dry after the long bitter finish. Great American IPA. Just a great beer.

Some good citrus aroma. pours amber. Taste of a malty caramel sweetness, then fades to the bitterness of the hop notes. Finishes smooth with a slight creamy mouth feel and a bitter bite on the very end. A solid IPA.
