Wonderful complex flavos, like no other, simply a great tasting IPA. It’s balanced, strong malt backbone, citrusy nose, with hints of pine and grass.

On tap @ Public House in Vegas. Hazy deep orange amber, lacy head. Floral hops mingle with sweet malts on the nose. Crunchy cereal malts support intense hop structure that is more piney and earthy than the nose suggests. Long bitter finish. Very good.

Bottle pours slightly hazy light colored amber. Huge tight head with crazy lacing. Smells like i just cut down a Christmas tree in the forest. Also smells like oranges. Fresh baked cookie smell. WOW tastes of sweet maltiness with massive in your face grapefruit. Lots of fresh hop flavor here but not overwhelming. Goes down smooth and not sticky. Not overly bitter either. Perfect amount of carbonation. This IPA is balanced nicely. The hops taste like they were picked yesterday. Fresh, bright, clean! There are so many flavors here i can’t describe them all. Very good IPA! I will definitely be drinking this again.

Pine and caramel malts on the nose, pours a clear light amber with a full white head. Nice clean hop flavor, with a good balance. Slightly slick mouthfeel, nice lingering hop finish. If you’re a fan of the more balanced IPA’s, then this would be one to pick up.

Long Island, NY - 12 oz. bottle poured a translucent amber color. I've never actually had a full bottle of this, only a small sample cup. The aroma was brilliant, citrus, floral hop galore. Taste was perfectly balanced between hops and malts. Would drink this forever....awesome brew! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz bottle pours a clear orange with two-finger white head and good lacing. The smell hit me a foot away before the first sip. Aroma is full of caramel malts, citrus hops (especially grapefruit), and some good dank earthiness. Taste is bitter at the start and finish, with lots of sweetness in the middle. Body is medium with below average carbonation. Mouthfeel is slightly sticky and alcohol is mostly hidden. A well balanced IPA I’ll be sure to try again.

Tap at Pizza Port. Not sure why my wife got this instead of the house beers. Pours a hazy golden with fairly big white head. Aroma is earthy with a bit of sweet corn. Taste is slightly dank and then has loads if fresh soil. Some more sweetness but then it falls off. The mouth feel is very thin and leaves a lot to be desired.

Hop Notch IPA from Uinta Brewing Company from Salt Lake City Utah. Not available in Louisiana. 7.3% ABV Aroma nice and citrusy with moderate floral notes Appearance a nice hazy golden color with foamy white 2 finger head and nice lacing Taste defiantly citrus and spice flavors from the hops. Mild sweet malt at the beginning that quickly give way to the hop and bitter end The 7.3% ABV is well hidden Mouthfeel. Medium with a mild lingering mid tongue bitterness Overall a good IPA. A style if beer that I am becoming more palatable for. Easily able to appreciate the style ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bright hop aroma, gorgeous head that leaves perfectly symmetrical rings down the glass as it's consumed. Perfect balance of fruit and IPA bite. A staple beer for me. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
