COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Formerly known as Hop Notch. Wonderful complex flavos, like no other, simply a great tasting IPA. It’s balanced, strong malt backbone, citrusy nose, with hints of pine and grass.

12oz bottle picked up at the brewery, bottled 9/16 drank 9/17
Appearance: Clear amber with a big frothy white head and good lacing
Aroma: Floral, dusty caramel and pine
Taste: Pine, caramel, with a light bitterness in the finish
A nice easy drinking beer, a good addition to the new lineup of beers from Uinta.

Draft at the bottle shop. Orange with a thick white head. Nose is pine, quite resinous, some light citrus and honey. Flavor is similar, a little too much resin for my tastes. But its solid and better than many local ipa’s and they sold 10 cases in a weekend so I guess the masses like it.

This poured a lighter amber color with a beige head. Aroma was a nice bit of citrusy hops, from tropical notes mainly, and light pale and caramel malt. Flavor was medium to strongly bitter, some fruitiness and light toasted notes. Pretty Decent.

Copper tone with lacy white head and a healthy amount of carbonation. Lively bouquet of PNW forested hops. Pine and citrus, forest wood, and a squirt of pineapple. A bitter-accented IPA with a clean PNW hop flavor profile of floral and pine notes that also veers toward grapefruit with pineapple influences that has me thinking of a Hawaiian IPA.
