COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Formerly known as Hop Notch. Wonderful complex flavos, like no other, simply a great tasting IPA. It’s balanced, strong malt backbone, citrusy nose, with hints of pine and grass.

Nearly clear amber pour with a 2 finger, creamy off white head. Aroma of juicy citrus, fruity and pine hops, some biscuit, caramel, spicy hops maybe a touch of pineapple and mineral water. Flavor is sweet caramel up front, toast, cereal, spicy hops coming in rather quick, followed by a little toffee and melon, citrus, and pine hops to the fairly bitter finish. Medium body with a creamy to syrupy entry, more syrupy feel after that and a medium strength, slightly sharp carbonation. Good stuff overall, I like the juicy, fruity hops up front.

On tap at my local hang out. Sold as Hop Notch, but apparently its the same thing. Served in a shaker pint. Poured orange with a slight haze and a one finger white head. Good amount of lace. Heavy pine resin and grapefruit aroma. Taste also features a good amount of sharp hop bite. Mostly pine and citrus. Malts are there, but they’re hiding under the bed, in fear of their lives. Full in the mouth with a resinous coating on the tongue. Finish is quite bitter. Been drinking a lot of this lately.

can pour..light amber color with small amount of head..not much carbonation..nose is wet cardboard..some apricot/mango..mouthfeel is much of the same with notes of honey..decent ipa but seems to be a bit plain jane for the style..

12 oz can poured into glass. Light citrus and hop smell. Nice hoppy and citrusy taste with a smooth bitter after taste. A nice IPa.

Draft at Momo's. Hazy copper pour with a frothy white head. Dank, pine and citrusy hops fill the nose with mild bread malts in the background. Sweetish, smooth entry with sticky tropical and dank hops ending with a prickly bitter ending. Not bad at all.

Pours an amber color with an off-white head. Aroma is of citrus and pine hops with some earthy notes. Flavor is strong of the citrus hops up front that leads to the floral hops and caramel malts. Decent bitter finish as well.

Mmm good citrussy and grassy aromas, fresh. So refreshing and bright, floral, piney, honey. Smooth and silky.

1- Low pine aroma, faint toasty malt 2- Dark straw to light orange with a few rising bubbles. Small clingy white head and crystal clear. 3- Assertive bitterness with a big supporting hop flavor. Piney. A light toasty sweetness creeps in. 4- Medium body with a good dose of carbonation. A low level of astringency in the aftertaste. 5- A tasty beer. I would have liked a bigger hop aroma (not dry hopped)?.

Hops good, grass, floral. Checking out new beers to me. Taste very good for the price.

Pours a dark gold with tight white head. Aroma is sweet grassy hop. Taste is a bit oily on the lips, grass citrus, slight grapefruit, medium bitterness. Taste lingers for a short time but the oiliness lingers a bit, which is not a positive.
