3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
[March 2014] (like an illiterate fool I accidentally entered this under Wyld.)
12 oz. bottle best before June 3, 2014 from Chamber’s Liquor. Pours a crystalline copper with a tall white head. The nose is very clean and balanced. Pretty impressed with the clarity of aromas here. There is natural honey, earthy Euro-type hopping and light notes of barley. The flavor is pretty crisp with a pleasant, woody, papery hop bite that just peaks out a little beyond the natural honey sweetness. This is definitely not something I would drink often, but for a sessionable honey golden ale, this is about as good as it can get.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Transfer from BA review on 5-24-13-
Poured from bottle into a pint glass
Appearance – Pours a hazy deep golden color with tiny carbonation bubbles seen streaming through the body of the brew. A small white head is present upon pouring which fades very fast to leave a tiny level of lace.
Smell- The aroma is of sweet honey and a bit of bready and biscuit malt. Mixed with these are some smell of a little bit of orange as well as some other light fruit flavors.
Taste – The taste is much drier and blander then would be expected from the nose but does contain a decent level of a sweet honey flavor and light bready flavor. Light fruit flavors come to the tongue more toward the middle of the taste, but remain rather faint. Overall these flavors take the taste to its end where a semi-dry and crisp malt and light fruit flavor is left to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is very light with a carbonation level that is rather average. Perfect for the style and it makes for one very easy drinking feel.
Overall- Nothing too exceptional here. Although it is a little subdued on taste it is very easy drinking and rather refreshing. A decent session style brew.

maaaaybe a touch past it’s prime. Floral aroma, kinda mellow, slight cardboard. Honey is there but in a background sort a way, and there’s not a lot else to grab your attention. Spring seasonal?"

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Pours golden amber with white head. Aroma is cereal and biscuit malts, light toast, honey, light floral notes, and faint grassiness. Flavor is malty with light honey sweetness, faint citrus esters, and faint hop bitterness; semisweet finish. Light body and medium carbonation.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
@ Party Town / Florence KY --- Clear medium amber, head cover, bands of lace. Taste is unassuming malt with a little honey that backs into a light finish. Not really any bitters, not carbonation, just a slide into lighter and lighter until there’s nothing left. However.....at 4%, it works okay.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Straw color with at thin white head. Aroma is slight honey with a bit of funky, slightly off nuttiness. Flavor is slightly bitter malt with a bit of honey. Not very sweet though. Mostly falls flat, reminds me of an uninspired lager.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Aroma: Honey biscuits with a very mild floral hop presence. Appearance: Medium copper color with a skin of white head. Flavor: A little watery up front with a lean honey biscuit presence; floral hop in near balance throughout. Sweet, kinda grainy finish. Palate: Light body, slick texture, flat carbonation, abrupt finish. Overall: Pretty underwhelming, really. Have to agree that this my least favorite beer of their lineup that I’ve tried.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 ounce bottle. Orange like in color. Slight woody off taste followed by just a bit of honey. Bit of a letdown from a brewery I really like. Not my favorite of their beers.
