COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This medium-bodied golden ale is brewed with local wildflower honey. Full-flavored beer. Rich. Robust. Bittersweet beginning. Quickly mellows, leaving the palate with a subtle hint of honey. Hive pairs well with cedar-plank salmon, and, if you have a sweet tooth, baklava.

Big fan of Uinta, not so much this particular brew... Pours a hazy light amber with a flimsy white head. Aroma is interesting (borderline bad): some hay, some cereal, grassy hops, stronger basement aromas, damp leaves, very slight rotten egg. Taste is fairly balanced with a nod towards sour/bitter. Lingering bitter finish. NOT a big fan.

This is a light honey beer that is worth every penny. Its got a distinct honey taste and wonderful mix of full balanced hops.

Bottle - Golden amber pour with a thin off-white head. Nose is sweet honey and lightly toasted, doughy malt. Light herbal hoppiness. Taste is the same, with lots of honey, lightly bitter sweet dough malt, a hint of toastiness, and a light herbal finish. More honey on the long finish. Slick and bigger bodied than I thought it would be. Not bad!

Draft. Very rich on the nose; yeast, baking bread, a touch of lemon, honey. Pours a medium gold with a shallow, fine-grained, off-white head. Complex on the tongue; lots of layers for a blonde ale, with honey, roasted nuts, hops bitterness, herbal elements, and even a touch of smokiness. Finish is long and medium-sweet. A very good blonde ale.

Golden pour with fluffy white head. Nose and flavor of a pale lager (minus copious amounts of corn). Subtle floral note and a bit of sweetness and crisp finish. Beer is alright, but just not much going on.

drpimento (2421) - La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA - MAR 22, 2015
Appearance is good with a thick, off white, long lasting head, good lacing, and a clear amber color. Aroma is fresh beer, grain, malt, hops, and honey, all in mild amounts. Flavor’s quite bland and similar to nose. Body is ok. Overall, a forgettable beer and not up to Uinta’s usual standards.

Aroma is grainy malts, honest and a hint of fruit. The flavor is grainy malts, honey, light citrus/fruit and a mildly tart/sweet finish.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a golden brown with a one inch plus beige head that lasts. Taste is of malt, barley, honey and grass. Has a similar aroma. Has a decent body with a slight dry finish. Easy to drink and rather enjoyable. Well worth having again.

Great aroma, nice light flavor without the bitter after taste. I would definitely drink this beer again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Clear golden orange color, small white head. Aroma of apple skins and honey. Taste is light sweet honey. Decent enough summer brew.

Transfer from BA review on 5-24-13- Poured from bottle into a pint glass Appearance – Pours a hazy deep golden color with tiny carbonation bubbles seen streaming through the body of the brew. A small white head is present upon pouring which fades very fast to leave a tiny level of lace. Smell- The aroma is of sweet honey and a bit of bready and biscuit malt. Mixed with these are some smell of a little bit of orange as well as some other light fruit flavors. Taste – The taste is much drier and blander then would be expected from the nose but does contain a decent level of a sweet honey flavor and light bready flavor. Light fruit flavors come to the tongue more toward the middle of the taste, but remain rather faint. Overall these flavors take the taste to its end where a semi-dry and crisp malt and light fruit flavor is left to linger on the tongue. Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is very light with a carbonation level that is rather average. Perfect for the style and it makes for one very easy drinking feel. Overall- Nothing too exceptional here. Although it is a little subdued on taste it is very easy drinking and rather refreshing. A decent session style brew.
