Bottle shared with Andrew, Brendan and Max. Pours a black body with brown lacing. Aroma is sweet chocolate, light roast and sweet malts. Mouthfeel is thin with notes of sweet chocolate, toasted malts, and a light hop prescence.

Got it from a sketchy beer store in Vegas. Label is super sweet. Tastes strongly of toasted malt, but very light and smooth. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

355mL at the Quad in Las Vegas. Clear deep cola. Medium tan foam. Good retention. Black ipa style nose with waxy dark chocolate and resin. Taste is lactic, mild hoppy bitterness, mild pine resin, coffee roast. Pretty solid.

(12oz can) Pours a black body with a small beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, dry cocoa, coffee, bread, and nuts. Flavor of roasted malt, caramel, bread, raisins, and dry cocoa with a moderately bitter, dry finish.

FROTHINGSLOSH (4035) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 10, 2013
Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a black color with a large foamy dark tan head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was dryish, roasty and had a hint of vanilla. The flavor was dry, bitter and roasty with faint vanilla, cream and wood. Long dry bitter and roasty vanilla and wood finish. Medium body. Disappointing.

Bottle. Pours dark brown with 2" of tan head. Smells of soap and caramel. Tastes woody and earthy - maybe some black tea in there.

Type: 12-oz. can Glass: Karl Strauss pint glass From: Bine & Vine Bottle Shop in Normal Heights (San Diego), Calif. Price: $1.99 Purchased: June 4, 2013 Consumed: June 5, 2013 Misc.: Best before Oct. 17, 2013 Poured a very dark reddish brown, practically black color with two fingers of tan head. Very good thick and foamy lacing along the sides of the glass. Great retention all the way down. Smelled chocolate, bitter coffee beans, caramel, toffee, roasty nuts and chocolate milk with a touch of skunkiness. Tasted not quite as good as the smell, but good nonetheless. Tasted smoky woodfire, bitter coffee, chocolate, caramel, toffee and roasty nuts. Was hoping for a bit more here, but was left disappointed. Medium-to-full body. Creamy slick texture. Average carbonation. Bitter abrupt finish. Feels a bit stronger than 4.00 percent. Another good beer from Uinta. I’m pretty sure everything they make is above average. I’d try this again.

(12oz can thanks to bu11zeye) clear medium brown, fine tan bubble. Nose of chocolate, sweet, honey, quite sweet. Taste is very muted due to the low abv, chocolate malt, no roast, nutty, medium thick body, seltzery body.

Can. Pours dark brown with white head. Smells very roasty and chocolatey. Tastes surprisingly full, chocolate, very clean. Very good!
