3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
From the 12 fl. oz. bottle. It is an attractive looking beer with its medium amber color and lingering off-white head. Great clarity. The aroma is rather muted with some malty notes and pear or apple and meaty fruits. The body is light to medium Fairly ordinary. The taste is a pretty straight forward pale ale with a good caramel malt character and decent sweetness. Certainly this is drinkable but it is nothing out of the ordinary.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Aroma is wheat, grains and mild fruit. The flavor is wheat, fruit/berries, malts and a mildly tart finish. Very straightforward wheat ale, not bad but not unique.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
12 oz bottle from Tipsy’s into a pint glass, "best before" tomorrow. Dark orange, light amber and clear appearance with an average tan head, lingering, light lacing. Mild aroma of toasted grains, bready malts, caramel and toffee. Similar flavor, malty, mild to medium sweetness with a light earthy bitterness. Average body, creamy and pretty smooth, easy to drink. Pretty clean.

Very clean taste, great summer beer, but with some good flavor too. No bite, but a refreshing sweetness....like honey...light pastry like....think baklava. Uints continues to impress.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured an orange-brown color with a large creamy-soapy orange-white head that lingered and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was tart and tangy citrus and apple. The flavor was malty and tangy with notes of caramel, bread and faint citrus. Medium length tangy caramel and bread finish. Medium body. Decent.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle:   Coppery colored, thin frothy whitish head, little lacing.   Somewhat of an earthy/grainy malt nose.   Slight wheat, but its overshadowed by the graininess.   Soft maltiness up front, not as earthy/grainy.
In fact, its a touch fruity.   Comes across as an amber thats a bit fruity, more of a wheat body, little hops tho.   Could stand to be a bit crisper, but as is its decent.

UPDATED: FEB 16, 2013 Bottle. Pours a mostlh clear, slightly dark amber, with a finger of off-white head. Settles relatively quickly with minimal lacing. Aroma is sweet, malty, mildly fruity. Flavor is sweet up front, slightly fruity, stone fruit and banana. Nutty, malty, bread, slightly bitter wheat finish. Moderate to strong carbonation, light body, and crisp, light, and clean texture. A very light, drinkable, amber ale. Meh.
