COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Appealing Sorachi hops, an uncommon hop from Japan, balanced with lighter malts. Citrusy, fresh, clean. Sum’r Organic Summer Ale pairs well with summer. It is an easy companion to most foods on the summer grill, such as chicken, fish, and burgers. Pairs well with curries and spicy foods. Try it with sushi!

UPDATED: DEC 12, 2015 rating this considering it is a light summer beer: aroma is toasted grain, rye, bread, pepper, yeast-some herbal hoppiness. flavor is light yet bold; quality grain, toasty cracker, yeast, slight peppery/herbal background. this is an excellent light beer-consider its around 4% abv-quality grain and hops, straight forward and refreshing-flavor doesnt cloy or get old-excellent mouthfeel and palate. for summer beers of this type-one of the best. **been drinking these since the summer and theyre still great from the cellar-says something about the quality

Draft... Pours clear and yellow with a small, creamy, white head. Fantastic retention. The aroma is a fruity medley of passionfruit, lime and lemon peels with a light note of resin. Light to medium-bodied and creamy with soft carbonation. The flavor is lightly citrusy and grainy and mildly buttery. Short, crisp finish.

I didn't take any extra notes when I tried this beer for the first time but I'm gonna try it again and update my comments. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12oz can. Pours extremely light yellow. Aroma of grain, soap. Flavor is grain, citrus. Very light with little flavor. I could see someone wanting to drink this on a summer day. I, however, am not one of those people. These beers are just too light and devoid of flavor to waste my time on. If you like to drink 3, 4, 5 (and up) beers in a day, this is the beer for you.

12 oz can poured. Still holding on to the summer beer dream right now, though I see more and more fall beers popping up. This is a pretty damn good summer beer, and at 4%, makes a good session. Pours golden with a cloud foam head. Interesting hop bill here, that until now, I have been unfamiliar with. Very easy drinking and refreshing. Awesome summer beer.

On tap @ Uinta. Clear golden colored beer with white foam. There’s a nice biscuit and bready malt character but it is perhaps a touch crackery and husky. Some sweet malts and esters to it along with a light citrus rind flavor. Maybe a bit too much lemon for me, but pretty refreshing and nice.

Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a white head that disappears rapidly. Smells like a lemon shandy. Light citrus flavor and unnotable otherwise. Watery palate. Not bad but not remarkable, it would be OK for heavy activity on a hot summer day.

12 oz bottle. Clear pale straw, thin white head, no lace.
Aroma is light, citrus, grass, bready malts.
Flavor is light lemon, some sweet fruit, bread, and a touch of zesty bitterness. Definitely and easy drinker. Good after some yard work, the pool, or lake.

Tastes like a longboard but slightly lighter. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
