COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Appealing Sorachi hops, an uncommon hop from Japan, balanced with lighter malts. Citrusy, fresh, clean. Sumír Organic Summer Ale pairs well with summer. It is an easy companion to most foods on the summer grill, such as chicken, fish, and burgers. Pairs well with curries and spicy foods. Try it with sushi!

Pours a clear, straw color with minimal head. Aroma is some very faint wheat. Taste reminds me of a pilsner. This beer is crisp and refreshing but at the same time rather boring.

12 ounce can. Pours a slightly unclear straw yellow with a three inch white head that slowly collapses. Taste is of hops, citrus, pine, malt and grass. Similar aroma. Has a decent body with a slight dry and bitter finish. Refreshing, easy to drink and rather enjoyable. A good summer brew, but could easily be had year round.

12oz bottle. Looks light. Aroma of light floral and spicy hops, some pale and light caramel malts, and some dough. Flavor the same. Average to lighter texture. A refreshing beer, but not the best.

Hazy aroma of some light citrus/lemon and hints of malt. Some mild notes of hops. Pale yellow color with a bleach white head, thin. For a summer beer, nice sweet malt backbone, with a light citrus tone. Finishes well balanced with sweetness from malt and bitterness from hops. Carobnation is lively and refreshing. Great summer brew.

12oz. bottle at home from Total Wine. Poured into a snifter. Clear, sparkling gold with a thick head. Some great lacing. Aroma was mild with coriander and cereal. Taste was lacking however. Mild bitterness, cereal, low carbonation. I like blondes but this one was rather boring.

12oz bottle from Luckyís Market. Yellow - gold pour with thin white head and loose sheets of lacing. Aroma of pale malt, floral, honey. Tastes are along those lines with sweet bready, little spice and grass. Like a pilsner to me. Ok.

Bottle to taster. Looks solid; a fairly transparent light gold with white head. Smells of yeast, hops, and a bit of citrus. Tastes like it smells with a solid mouthfeel. Not bad, and hoppier than I expected.

While blonde tend to be kinda thin and forgettable, this one tends to be a little more in terms of backbone and finish. Quite nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A slightly hazy straw yellow with a frothy white head and good lacing. Aroma is slightly grainy and sweet with some lemon and a hint of spice. Taste has an initial malty sweetness with citrus and lemon character. Bready with a bit of spice and leafy green bitterness. Finishes mostly dry with a hint of lingering bitterness. Mouthfeel is semi creamy and medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation. Pleasant and flavorful blonde ale. Easy drinking.

Hazy pale yellow in the glass; smells like grass, citrus and freshwater lakes. Flavor is refreshing and slightly dry, hint of corn. Plain but very refreshing.
