Orange pour with lasting white head. Tangerine aroma, much like some IPAs. Medium body with restrained hoppiness. Light but pleasing finish. Good with simple food

Bottle thanks to Douglas! Pours a clear gold with the slightest red hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces nicely. Aroma is a bit mild with light grassy hops and a bread and light grains backbone. Flavor is a whole different story with nice citrus and tropical fruit notes with some sweet grains and just a bit of bitterness in the finish. Real nice.

Draft at Owen & Engine. Pours a pleasing gold with a sticky white head. Nose is really fresh and nice with catty and citrusy hops, very robust hop component. Some biscuity malt peaks through as well. On taste, very solid. Good level of bitterness and hop flavor, clean and very refreshing. Nice having a 4% beer to sip on. Fantastic extra pale.

Sampled on 6/25/2011. This American Pale Ale pours a very clear medium orange gold color from a 12oz bottle. Bottled on 3/16/11. Small to medium sized thin white foamy head, with nice lacing. The aroma is fruity and sweet, touch of floral hops. A light to medium bodied American Pale Ale. The malts are caramel, fruity and sweet. The hops are herbal and citrusy. A nice balanced APA. Decent carbonation. Perhaps a touch thin tasting, but might be more a fact of the 4% alcohol than anything else. Mouthfeel is a touch thin. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Bottle:   Golden in color, hazy, large frothy white head, nice lacing, few strong streams of carbonation.   Soft hoppy nose, a little earthy and grainy.   Just a hint of citrus and something else a little fruity.   Muted hops on the tongue, soft earth and graininess.   Not as all out organic as others in that its not overly soily, which is fine by me.   Fairly tasty, if a little middle of the road.   Moderate to full body and mouthfeel.   Goes down fairly easy.   For an organic American Pale Ale, this one is a-okay in my books.

4oz pour at Rustico. Nose is nice, floral, honey, light citrus. Flavor is solid, malty, zesty hops, lemon, herbs. Medium bodied, dry, refreshingly bitter finish. Good session beer.

Bottle from Healthy Spirits. Pours orange gold with a rich beige head and a floral aroma. There is a light pale malt flavor with subtle hop bitterness. Pretty flavorful for a 4% beer.

pours a super clear straw, nice tan head... the nose is super sweet, borderline candyish, not bad but nothing going on... the taste is totally dead except for a light bitter hop finish... total transition beer, one to give someone who drinks bmc to bring them to the light side... nothing I’d ever have again

A: The beer pours a golden orange color with a soapy white head and some spotty lacing. S: Starts off with a really intense hop aroma of grapefruit and other citrus fruits. Hints of grass and floral notes are also present. There is a moderate breadiness, but unfortunately also a little bit of butter. T: Floral hops with a nice grapefruit bite up front. A touch of orange peel which adds to the moderate bitterness of the beer. Toasted malts and bread give a decent amount of sweetness. M: Medium in body with a moderate to high carbonation. O: Thought this was a pretty good beer overall. Pretty light and easy to drink pale ale.
