12oz bottle from Wegman’s, Buffalo, NY. Hazy amber with a ring of white head; tropical fruit aroma; tropical fruit taste; crisp and refreshing, although rather thin.

Thin beige head that’s short lived with spotty lace left behind.Lightly hazy gold hued brew. Nose of peach/apricot and some floral notes. Light bodied, good carbonation, lightly oily. Flavors follow aroma notes with a hint of grass and slight pale malt notes, light bready notes. Dry finish, melow bite, crisp and a real chugger. Better than expected. I could slam a few of these while mowin the lawn for sure! I see RB classing it as an SIPA but but label says Extra Pale Ale, hmmm, no matter. Bottle from statelineliquors.

Draft: Slightly hazy gold with a small white head. Soft fruit, lemon aroma. Taste is citrus, floral....a little cotton candy. Citrus peel bittering at finish. Very easy....nice.

Can. Pours a hazy, bright gold with a high, large-grained, lacy white head. Nose is grapefruit, lime, and a touch of salinity. Citric on the tongue, with lemon and a touch of saltiness; crisp and very clean, with a bitter finish that shades more into grapefruit. Really easy to drink, and really refreshing. Enjoyable.

Pours light golden. Medium lacing, decent head. Smells lightly floral. Roasted malts and spruce hops with hints of herbs. Body is a bit light and finishes dry and fast. Was ok but I wouldn’t search for it again.

bottle. Deep golden with small head. Mild malt base and moderate hops. Solid, but unremarkable pale ale.

pours unclear pale yellow with a small creamy white head, some retention and lacing. orange burst, almost marmelade-like, spices - hint of mint and another leafy green notes, zesty and lemony, crisp pils malts, fresh cereals, pepper. moderate carbonation, light body - a bit watery, dry crisp herbal-grassy-spicy-citrusy finish. quenching. nicely crafted session ale.

A really nice alternative to a golden or blonde for people who like a bit more bitterness. We really enjoyed this baby! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

ContemplateBeer (1548) - Louisville, Kentucky, USA - MAR 20, 2014
Aroma: Tangerine with a bit of apricot; cereal malts primarily, and perhaps even a little toasty; mellow but exceedingly pleasant. Appearance: Light copper body that gives off the hue of a setting sun over a distant horizon (and other middle school poetry); carbonation is slow and supports a small skin of white, bubbly head. Flavor: Very full flavored for 4%; tangerine leads the way for most of the feature, but gives way to some light cereal sweetness, which is more than welcome here. Apricot impressions come in more toward the finish, especially in the lingering sensation it leaves after you swallow. Palate: Light/medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation, bitter finish. Overall: Gentle without being dull; refined without being stuffy. Well thought out and executed. Might be just a perfect session pale ale, if not for the tramp stamp moniker.

Pours a slightly hazy golden orange from the bottle with fluffy white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma of pale malt, hints of caramel and citrus. Taste follows, more malty and pale than hoppy. Bubbly carbonation, easy to drink, but unimpressive.
