12 oz can from Wilbur’s. Orange and pretty clear with a small white head. Aroma and flavor of tropical fruit, citrus hops, sweet malts, bread, caramel and floral notes. Smooth light body with a crisp, thin feel and a bittersweet finish.

4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Long Island, NY - 12 oz. bottle poured a hazy dark orange color with a thin layer of head and minimal lacing. Aroma is malty but don't let this fool you. Taste is aromatic with initial malt hand then a hop burst that has hints of wild berries or a tropical citrus, Wow. A really well crafted pale ale. Kudos Uinta!

Bottle into shaker. Nice eggshell head and good retention. Cloudy honey-orange in color. Citrus, spruce pine, and honey aromas. Fizzy palate overrides the flavor, but what is there is slightly sour and salty. This might be good on a hot summer day.

Straight off the bat, fresh strong hop aroma and taste, good sessionablility. From a can it pours a lightly hazed pale orange, quick head, leaves some good lace. Fresh citrus floral and pine aromas. Very hoppy flavor with mild malts, light breadyness. Subdued carmel sweetness,light-light med body, surprising malt backbone on this session. I like this, nice hopppy light session beer. Had initial low expectations, its gooooood.

12 oz. can pours a dark golden color with small white head and some lacing. Aroma has peach, citrus hops, and bready malts. Taste is bitter with some malt sweetness in the middle. Body is light to medium with average carbonation. Very sessionable, and my kind of light beer.

Draft sample at 2013 Cincinnati Brew Ha Ha festival. Dark gold color, nice fruity/hoppy nose, very thin body, light bittersweet flavor. Graded leniently due to possible tapping problem and/or festival taste fatigue. Tasted on August 24, 2013.

Decent session ale... I enjoyed its light, subtle, nuances.. Delicate aromas and flavors of peach and apricot.. Good color and lacing.. Nice, light, easy drinking weight and texture.. Perfect carbonation for style.. Solid (for a session beer)
