12oz – Perfect Pour. Sparkling gold, creamy white head. Soft floral and biscuit aromas ride faint earthed orange tones. Just a touch of underlying sweet toasted malt found at room temp. Straight forward flavors of citrus and earthy florals balance on a kiss of biscuity sweetness. Light bodied and thin with soft carbonation. A not too bad easy drinking pale…

Bouttle courtesy of CigarCityBrew. Pour blonde/golden. Lightly malty and rich hops. Sweet sugary malt, very light. Good brew, but lacking something to make it stand out.

Clear golden with medium off white head. Sweet aroma with toasted malt, caramel and hoppy notes. Sweet flavour with fruity notes and floral hops giving it a bitter finish.

Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival 2008. A golden beer with a beige head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of grass and grapefruit, while the flavor is sweet with strong notes of grass adn straw, leading to a dry bitter finish. The body is thin.

Slightly hazy amber pour with a good chunky head that lasts and laces nicely. Aroma of citrus and grapefruit peel hops, along with a light toasty malt. Flavor is much the same, the hops just don’t do enough to make this great. There are no off flavors happening, but not enough of what is there. Thin bodied. Just okay.

Pours a foggy gold with a bright white head. I head alot of bad things about organic beers but this was pretty good. Nice hoppy taste but I feel that it doesnt have alot of alcohol.

Tap: Clear gold with a white head. It has a citrusy hop flavor with a crisp finish. Refreshing summer pale ale, but nothing monster great about it.

Pours a nice golden color with a small white head. Aroma is malt, touch of hops, grains, water. Flavor is malt, water, biscuit, touch of hop bitterness and a little caramel and spices. Decent for a pale lager.

Pours yellowish orange with lasting white head from bottle, aroma has notes of toffee, some biscuit, grass, touch of hay and bread as well in there. Taste has some sharp grassy pine notes that fade quickly into biscuit, spicy earth, touch of toast, finishing slightly bitter, mostly clean.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden yellow color with a fizzy white head. Aroma is a prickly hop with lots of spice and fruit. Grapefruit for sure in this. Flavor is spicy and fresh hops. Better than expected.
