2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
I didn’t like this beer at first but through the six pack it grew on me. It has a unique taste that is very golden but somewhat mettallic. Mediocre at best.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle at Peculier Pub. Nothing special here. Pours a mostly clear yellow with a thin, fizzy white head. Light aroma of crisp malts, straw and light hops. Flavor has faint sweetness, plenty of grass and earth and light bitters. Light to medium in body with bubbly carbonation. It struck me as a bit odd. Drinkable but nothing more than that.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
I have never heard of this brewing company...so I picked up this bottle at Stateline in Elkton,MD.
A- Body is a crystal clear pale yellow that pours with a tiny foamy white head. Head fades quickly to a thin collar which retains well. No lacing is left behind in the glass and tiny bubbles can be seen steadily rising to the top.
S-Nose is faint and more sweet than hoppy with pale malt shining through and a hint of floral hops added as an afterthought.
T-Sweet pale malt upfront that has a cornlike flavor and a touch of soft hops added to the mix. Finish is very clean.
P-Medium carbonation and a lightweight drinkable body. Not too thin or watery.
O- Is this the best pilsner ever? No. It is, however, unoffensive and very drinkable. I was somewhat surprised that a beer with such a mild character would have a nice mouthfeel...but it does. This would be a good transition beer for the BMC folk.

2.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
12 oz of disappointment. Poured a hazy straw yellow with a smaller foamy white head. Aroma was sweet with notes of apricot, plastic modeling glue and spoiled green grapes. Medium bodied with large bubbly carbonation. Flavor of honey coated cereal and a slight touch of fruitiness. This is a pilsner? Where’s the crisp hops and fresh grainy hops? Blah!!!
