Crystal clear gold with a light head that is made up of huge ass bubbles. Aroma is slightly grassy with some honey hints. There is the obligatory pilsener malts. Said malts dominate the flavors along with a nice dose of biscuits. The hops are again flowery and citric (hahaha Darrin! I stole your word!) Speaking of Darrin, I personally detect no metallic flavors. The mouthfeel is bubbly, but not overcarbonated. The body is fairly thin and the beer ends with a pleasing maltiness. I like it.

lightly citric hoppy and "metallic" aroma; clean and pretty well balanced, some spicey, flowery and metallic hopping in the finish, decent malt background; a bit watery, but pretty solid, really, despite some detracting metallicness (storage?); I’d like to try this again from another source

3.2% draft @ brewery. Light yellow color with smooth taste and crisp light finish. Too bad these guys are held back by the rediculous Utah state laws.

Grainy beer, but well balanced. This reminds me of your standard American beers, but this is a better choice in Utah than any macro.

Nice hoppy flavor for a pils, this took me as a surprise. Malty fresh aroma and very good for a pilsner and even more considering it's from utah, good job!

Served to me in a plastic glass at the Pie. I'm told it's a pils, but seems to resemble a cream ale to me with a late bitterness.

RE:RATE citrusy hop aroma. straw colered with a nice, bubble filled utah head. clean refreshing with a good hop bite. Not a big pilsner fan but this makes me reconsider. Utah seems to do well with pilsners and hefe’s

Eh... a little watery. And too much like Budweiser or something. I don’t know...I just didn’t find the flavor to be all that good. I’m a huge fan of Uinta’s beers. But this one was my first disappointment.
