This is about as plain as plain can be I might as well been drinking a Bud. Allthough at least Budweiser has a lighter cleaner crisper palate. After the first few sips I pounded it and moved on.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
12oz bottle (4% ABV) pours crystal clear gold with thin bright white head. The aroma holds corn, grains and spicy hops. The taste is much the same with crisp refreshing grainy malts mixing with corn flake cereal, a faint sense of creamed corn and a carbonation enhanced spice noble hop bitterness cutting the sweet and maltiness down to size. Ends with a lingering hoppiness that becomes mildly floral along with a manageable malty sweetness.

Looks and smells okay. Flavor is dry and a little hoppy but also with atin of butter flavor to me. Not real good.

The Dan Journal #121. Tasted 12/23/07. 12oz bottle. Filtered with a dull golden hue. Tight ring of white head. Honey graham cereal nose. Mild yeast aromas. Light to medium bodied with tight bitterness. Touch citrus. Bright. Sticky with good flavor but over carbonated. Meh...

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Sweet light and malty. Pours pale yellow from a 12 oz bottle. Refreshing, but I have enjoyed some of Uinta’s other offerings much more!

Pours light gold with a decent head. Taste is a somewhat dry and sweet body with a hoppy finish. Some citrusy taste somewhere also. A interesting brew.

Great Utah Beer Run – Summer 2007
On Tap – Light pale white beer with a thin head. Had some decent use of malts and a dry finish. This was a good lawnmower beer. Could have had more flavor and even more hops.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
A light fruity aroma. Pale golden color with a respectable white head that leaves lace tatters. Medium bodied. A bit fizzy, but not harshly so. Seems to be citrus fruit, perhaps with a touch of floral hop. The malt is light biscuit at best - the whole impact is light. There is enough bitter to consider this balanced, but it didn’t take much. There is some kind of mild spicey "burn" on the tongue - don’t think it’s from the carbonation. Interestingly different. Don’t know how this qualifies as pilsener, other than the Saaz. Which really seems to show itself only in the bitter in the finish.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a pale golden color, a little hazy, with maybe a quarter inch of white foam. Leaves a little bit of lace in the glass. Light malt and lemon in the aroma.
Tastes pretty much how it smells, except both the malt and the lemon are more prominent. Lighter in body, prominent carbonation. Some spicy hops. Very refreshing and drinkable. Not sure where the lemon flavor comes from, the bottle and packaging offer no clue
