2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottled. Pours a pale clear straw color with large but diminshing lacy white head. Rather light body and carbonation. Lightly citrus aroma. The taste is lightly spicy, sort of like a watered-down Belgian style. Everything about this beer is barely there except for the crisp citrus finish.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
A decent summer beer, but way too light, even for the style. Toasted cereal maltiness with some zesty citrus spice

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
found in a microbrew pack. Decent for the style, but mostly middle of the road type beer. Very little hops, but enough flavor.

3.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 13/20
hmm, I thought alcohol was illegal in Utah -- guess not! This is a very light and unsweet beer, great as a summer refresher. Nice medium golden color with hints of hefeweizen floating sediment (the kolsch style can resemble anything from an amber lager to a wheat beer, so this isn’t surprising). Aroma is very weak and shows some corn elements of macro-brews. However, the aroma doesn’t pervade the other aspects -- this beer has a great light mouthfeel, carbonation and flavor not unlike what one would expect from an unsweetened ginger ale.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle: Pale straw color, very clear, fairly large foamy white head, extremely light carbonation, very attractive lacing. Lemon grass aroma, very slight vegetable as well. Unfortunately a fairly strong overcooked vegetable flavor right up front, slightly rubbery too. A bit below average on body and mouthfeel. Fairly crisp finish, very slight lemony tinge at the exit, grainy, but still with an overcooked vegetable wrapped in a ballon like flavor on the exit. WTF!

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Hazy straw colour. Strawlike aroma with slightly earthy hop notes. Light noble hop character. Moderate bitterness. Slightly husky malts. Somewhat wet finish, with light lingering dryness.

Bottle Pours a clear bright light golden with a large white fizzy head. Aroma is a sweet light grain. Honey and german/belgian yeat notes. Flavor is consistant. A smooth light woody flavor. Soft and slifhtly sweet. Very drinkable. (Sorry Ontario...)
Feel is a little chalky which surprised me for its crystal clear appearance.
Plain and pleasant.
Thanks Buck Dich for the bottle.
