A hoodoo is a tall, this spire of rock that protrudes from the bottom of a basin or badland that are mainly located in the dry, hot areas. Hoodoos can reach heights exceeding that of a 10- story building. So why the name of your beer you might be wondering…well, nowhere in the world are Hoodoos more abundant than right here in our home state, more specifically, in Bryce Canyon National Park.

Bottle. Pours a golden color with white head. Straw, noble hops, pils malt aromas. Veggie, corn, straw, spicy flavors. The veggie/corn flavor is a little off-putting. Also a touch metallic. I wouldn’t get this one again.

Rated as Uinta HooDoo - Warner Robins, Ga. - Lazy Dog Growler - 12 oz bottle. Pours a slightly hazy light golden with a light soft off-white head that leaves just a trail of lacing. Aroma has some light spicy notes a hint of yeast. Flavor has some nice buttery accents, some bready notes, some nice saffron-like spiciness. Mouthfeel is nice and crisp. Love the bottle - has a drawing of "Thor’s Hammer" and iconic Hoodoo at Bryce National Park that I was just at 2 weeks ago.

(12oz. bottle) - Very small white head that collapses pretty fast. Light golden body. Typical Euro flavor and aroma. Mouth feel is actually on the watery side for me. Clean palate though.

Presentation: It was poured from a brown 12 oz bottle into a pint glass. Appearance: This one has a clear bright golden body with a tall loose head on top. This head settles down quickly leaving just a few bubbles at the surface and around the edge of the glass. Smell: There is not much going on here. The aroma is very light. Only a slight citrusy hop presence is noted. Taste / Palate: The flavor profile is very clean and light. There is a very modest and refreshing cracker like malty base with mild lemony hop bitterness. The finish is quick and fairly dry.

Clear orange pour some head. Aroma of barley, yeast, hay, tang. Tastes full malty, creamy sweet. Not representative of the style. Leaves a thick creaminess in the mouth. Could’ve been a lot more refreshing.

12 oz bottle from Tipsy’s into a pint glass, one month past it’s date. Golden yellow and clear with a lacy white head, mostly lasting. Mild aroma of light sweet malts and light noble hops. Similar flavor, bland and crisp with light bitterness. Light body, tastes kind of old.
