COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Appealing Sorachi hops, an uncommon hop from Japan, balanced with lighter malts. Citrusy, fresh, clean. Sumír Organic Summer Ale pairs well with summer. It is an easy companion to most foods on the summer grill, such as chicken, fish, and burgers. Pairs well with curries and spicy foods. Try it with sushi!

12oz. bottle at home from Total Wine. Poured into a snifter. Clear, sparkling gold with a thick head. Some great lacing. Aroma was mild with coriander and cereal. Taste was lacking however. Mild bitterness, cereal, low carbonation. I like blondes but this one was rather boring.

On tap @ Uinta. Clear golden colored beer with white foam. Thereís a nice biscuit and bready malt character but it is perhaps a touch crackery and husky. Some sweet malts and esters to it along with a light citrus rind flavor. Maybe a bit too much lemon for me, but pretty refreshing and nice.

Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a white head that disappears rapidly. Smells like a lemon shandy. Light citrus flavor and unnotable otherwise. Watery palate. Not bad but not remarkable, it would be OK for heavy activity on a hot summer day.

12 oz bottle. Clear pale straw, thin white head, no lace.
Aroma is light, citrus, grass, bready malts.
Flavor is light lemon, some sweet fruit, bread, and a touch of zesty bitterness. Definitely and easy drinker. Good after some yard work, the pool, or lake.

Can; poured a dull, pale gold color with a pretty big frothy white head. Aroma of grass, bread, herbs and wheat. Fairly thin palate, but it worked for the overall goal of the beer. Pretty dry and bready in the beginning, with some earthy and grassy hops in the finish.

Pours light, clear, and golden with a quickly dissipating head. Nose has notes of grass, hay and farmland. Taste is bubbly upfront, with a malty, grassy middle and a citrus hops finish. On the palate this beer is bubbly and playful with a malty aftertaste. This beer is one of the better "summers" I have had and could be very sessionable.

This pours a semi-cloudy yellow color with a thick, frothy head. The aroma is weaker with a hint of wheat and citrus. The flavor is on the weak side, not a whole lot going on. Very smooth and easy drinking though. I would have figured a craft beer like this would have more flavor.
