Deep golden pour with average white head. Hoppy nose, yet not a lot of citrus to it. Flavor is hoppy, and some malt towards the back.

1.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
poured a pretty clean, amber golden color with a big foamy white head. Aroma is metalic hops and sugar. Flavor is horrible. It’s like drinking liquid nickels with a little sugar. Poured out.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
An alright beer at best. The hops just come off as bitter and metallic without any fruit or citrus. Still, it is pretty drinkable, and I imagine that it must be hard to create a IPA that only comes in at 4%.

Great Utah Beer Run – Summer 2007
On Tap – Amber in color with a thin head. This had a decent IPA aroma with a good deep rich aroma that you look for in an IPA. Liked the flavors of the beer as I finally tasted some hops. Great Beer malts where rich and this finished so dry and crisp. Great IPA.

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Pours out a dark gold- almost brown tinted colour with an impressive fluffy white head. Very hazy. Scent is hoppy, grassy, and mildly yeasty. Mild patches of fruity notes carry on the carbonation. Taste is not very hoppy for an IPA but is very drinkable. Taste is caramel, grass, and hops with a sweet malty palate. Interesting interplay of flavours and very carbonated. Plus points for uniqueness... Minus points for lack of IPA character.

Bottle. Three finger foam. Rich, lacy head. Lightly carbonated. Lemon-like initial taste. Light hops. Strong finish that you feel in the nose. if an IPA fan, can’t go wrong with this one.
