Pours a clear bright golden honey color with a medium white head...lively looking. Aroma has some pale malt and just a touch or caramel...some mild but aromatic citrus and spicy hop notes. Flavor has good bitterness to go with a bit of earthy maltiness...very faint caramel. Mouthfeel is medium and the finish is slightly dry and bitter. Pretty nice pale ale.

Draft at Slackwater. Light in color, orange-amber and nicely active. This is a super pleasantly refreshing drink -- fresh citrus and a clean snap. Left me wanting more. (#4561, 4/9/2012)

Pours hazy gold. Large long lasting fluffy head. Aroma is grapefruit and malt. Taste is slight malty with grapefruit bitterness. Well balanced, maybe slightly more hoppy then most pales, almost fits an IPA ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Good beer with sweet start and a fairly hoppy finish. Not much of a head but a complex body.

Appearance was clear golden copper with 1 finger creamy diminishing head, no lacing. Aromas was sweet honey malts and citrusy grass piney hops with estery yeasts. Taste was sweet malts upfront with lemony bitter grassy piney spicey mild hops in the back. Palate was smooth creamy carbonation with weak light body and average bland finish. Something amiss...

Meh followed by yuck. Some promising features but then metal flavors all over everything. Maybe skunked, but got two other beers from this brewery (can’t image Utah ships out much beer) at a bottle shop and they were fine. Pass

On tap at Pour 24. Pours a clear coppet with medium creamy beige head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is a bready malt and caramel. Medium mouthfeel is a smooth hop and light bitter finish. Easy to drink a very good American pale ale from Uinta.

Bottle. Golden color, slight haze, medium-thin white head. Pleasing floral and grass aroma as well as grapefruit. Taste isn’t overly sweet or bitter, light balance there. Light body, below ave carbonation, light bitter and tart finish. Overall its decent and interesting, could use a little more bite.

Bottle from a trade with Gription79. Pours pale burnt orange color with white head. Bitter grapefruit aroma. Light malt flavor with some grassy and citrusy hops. Light to medium body with average carbonation. Thanks Dallas.

Aroma: light malts, a touch of caramel, nice fruity hop profile, some grapefruit, floral. Pours a clear golden color, white head with average retention and some clumpy lacing. Refreshing flavor - nice citrus hop notes, grapefruit and a hint of tropical fruit. Malt backbone balances nicely, some grains and a light caramel note. Light-medium body, medium carbonation. Very well balanced and drinkable beer - I’d like to see more breweries focus a bit on these low abv session beers.
