A perfumed pale ale nose, this beer is lightly hopped and made for drinking. Soft on the palate with little bitterness.

crisp refreshing beer, nothing too over the top, but a great summer yard-cuttin’ beer.

Pours deep golden with gushingly large white head. Nose is very light with some bready-biscuity notes. On the palate there is a cereal-grain like sweetness with some balancing citrus, lively carbonation, and a touch of white pepper on the finish. More enjoyable when right out of the fridge than once warmed a few mins.

Pours a clear yellow with a medium sized white head. Aroma of floral and citrus hops with some malts in the background. Flavor of citrus hops with some caramel malts. Very well balanced. Good beer.

Cloudy banana yellow. Looks gorgeous. Thick swatch of icy white head/lace. Aroma is hops that have, admittedly softened up a bit. (Best by date is January ’14, drank in August ’14.) Has that flowery, somewhat chlorine aroma. Perfectly pleasant. The flavor has pillowy malts, pollen-y hops. The feel is soft and creamy. It’s one of the better organic beers I’ve had, I have to say. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Nice citrus-y hop aroma. Fruity and spicy hop flavor, followed by a bready malt flavor in the finish.

Wittales (635) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - MAR 25, 2012
Appearance was clear golden copper with 1 finger creamy diminishing head, no lacing. Aromas was sweet honey malts and citrusy grass piney hops with estery yeasts. Taste was sweet malts upfront with lemony bitter grassy piney spicey mild hops in the back. Palate was smooth creamy carbonation with weak light body and average bland finish. Something amiss...

Thanks to Aaron for this one. Clear light gold body. Aroma is a nice dry, earthy hops. Flavor is light and refreshing, slight bit of honey, touch bitter.
