bottle. Pours golden orange with white head. Somewhat hoppy aroma, herbal and floral. Flavor is lightly hoppy, soft citrus orange and lime floral, but pretty balanced, good malt backbone and by no means a hopped up beer. Palate is medium to thin, although I wouldnít go so far as to call this watery. Well itís not the best pale ale Iíve had but I wouldnít go so far as to say it sucks. Itís not bad, especially as a session given the lightness of palate and low alcohol.

12 ounce can. Pours a nice golden with a two inch tan head that lasts. Taste is of hops, pine, grapefruit, grass, floral and malt. Similar aroma. Has a nice body with a bitter finish. Very easy to drink and quite enjoyable. Incredible that it clocks in at 4% abv and packs this much flavor.

Floating yeast, wonderful taste. Not so much for the aroma. Good pale ale. Maybe its the Organic that makes this one different.

Decent pale ale, some bitter hop notes primarily of fruits, apricot almost. Malt body heavier than youíd expect, but not bitter enough to be an IPA.

Orange amber pour with minimal white head. Refreshing citrus aroma. Light palate cleansing body. Very nice apa.

12 oz bottle, Whole Foods Columbus. Barely hazy golden-yellow; medium lacing. Aroma grapefruit/pineapple, bready, floral. Flavor is pleasant and clean but not overpowering; a little piney. Mouthfeel is a little thin and quite fizzy. For a 4% organic this is pretty decent.

Reviewed 12/03/2012. 12 oz bottle poured into a pint glass. A: Pours a medium straw color with decent clarity. The head is a four finger white color with lowish retention for the ABV. The center of the head retains itself more thoroughly than the edges. Lots of patchy lacing, too. S: Thereís the typical grapefruit aroma expected from Cascade hops, along with some lemony esters. As it sits in the glass, the crackery pilsner malt shines through slightly. Not an assertive aroma, but itís likable enough. T: The taste is very simple, but the few dimensions it features are pulled off well. Initial lemon and grapefruit flavors, before being finished off by lightly sweet maltiness. A very good blonde ale, though hardly extreme or mindblowing. M: It could be a little less watery in general, but this is so easy to drink. Hell, itís practically a chugger. The light body and dry finish only help the drinkability. O: Who needs Bud Light when you have this? This isnít designed to be a Zombie Dust wannabe, itís designed to be drank by the six pack, or with a good meal. Very enjoyable as long as you donít expect explosive flavor.

12 oz. can. Appearance: small white head that diminishes quickly, orange to golden yellow, clear, Aroma: lemony citrus, bread, caramel, hay, resin. Palate: light body, light feel, lively carbonation, slight bitter finish that lasts a couple seconds. Taste: malty sweetness at first, but mostly a light bitter taste. Overall, too bready for me and just not that enjoyable.

A - Pours a golden copper with a nice 1/2 inch white head. S - Bready malt, grapefruit citrus, stone fruit. T - Sharp strawberry, peppery citrus hops, clean floral honey kissed pale malt, spiced fruit bread on the finish. Finishes crisp and very dry. M - Moderate lively carbonation, light and crisp. A solid Pale Ale. Clean flavors with a nice and dry finish. Highly drinkable. Serving type: bottle 04-07-2011
