A fresh tasting and very hoppy pale ale. The aroma is like cedar wood, green apples, organic soil, and medium malts. This one has a nice bite to it and borders on the IPA level in aroma and appearance. Taste is fullfilling yet doesnt finish as strong as I would have hoped. but this is an easy and ejoyable one to drink from the state of Utah.

Bottle pour. Washedout gold with moderate head. Medium nose of tropical fruit and gelato. Taste follows. Nothing terribly interesting, but easy to drink.

Sampled and purchased at Appalachian Vintners in Asheville NC. "Wildfire Extra Pale Ale" bottle dated 08/29/08. Hazy gold with lumpy white foam like the wake of a snowplow. Amazing and unique aroma- mango and dank/piney hops- against a nutty malt backdrop. Crisp, wheaty and citric flavor... a flash of honey and then tonic water dryness. Dried pineapple. Mellow orange and spicy aftertaste. Saison-like. Light palate features an electric CO2 buzz, like zapping your tongue with a 9V battery. Outsatanding pale ale, superlatively refreshing.

Light golden color with a tangy citrusy hop note. Sharp tangerine grapefruit flavor. Crisp and clean nice hop character. A little acidic on the palate. A delightful little beer.

Floating yeast, wonderful taste. Not so much for the aroma. Good pale ale. Maybe its the Organic that makes this one different.

Bottle thanks to Douglas88! Color is light amber with a white head and has a nice citrus and hops aroma...more so than most pale ales. The flavor is similar, with hops, orange, grains, and malt. I like the balance and enjoyed this Utah pale ale.

Aroma: light malts, a touch of caramel, nice fruity hop profile, some grapefruit, floral. Pours a clear golden color, white head with average retention and some clumpy lacing. Refreshing flavor - nice citrus hop notes, grapefruit and a hint of tropical fruit. Malt backbone balances nicely, some grains and a light caramel note. Light-medium body, medium carbonation. Very well balanced and drinkable beer - Id like to see more breweries focus a bit on these low abv session beers.

Apricot pour with a small white head. Lightly hopped aroma with a bread/peppery finish. Flavor is similar lightly hopped with a nice spiced finish. Light body a little watery. Decent beer but nothing special.

Despite a quickly dissipating head, Wyld is still nice to look at, being a mostly clear reddish-orange-golden color. The aroma is a mostly of peaches, with faint hops, but entirely pleasant. The flavor is a little floral, a little fruity, and bitter like an IPA. Its mostly average, but pleasant, if not a little subdued.
