Bottle into shaker. Nice eggshell head and good retention. Cloudy honey-orange in color. Citrus, spruce pine, and honey aromas. Fizzy palate overrides the flavor, but what is there is slightly sour and salty. This might be good on a hot summer day.

Pours light golden. Medium lacing, decent head. Smells lightly floral. Roasted malts and spruce hops with hints of herbs. Body is a bit light and finishes dry and fast. Was ok but I wouldnít search for it again.

Bottle pour. Washedout gold with moderate head. Medium nose of tropical fruit and gelato. Taste follows. Nothing terribly interesting, but easy to drink.

From a bottle. Pours clear gold with a creamy white head. Tastes like earthy hops, dry cracker malt, light sweetness. Smooth. Light body and low carbonation. Smells like earthy malt, light doughy sweetness.

From Can. Nice fresh aroma of citrusy hops, with mild notes of pine. Hazy light orange amber color, solid tan head. First taste is citrusy hops mixed with some sweet malt/ bread tones. Malt flavor is on the mild side. Finishes with mild hop bitterness. Light mouth feel. O.k. but nothing special.

Bottle from State Line. Dark straw pour with minimal white head. Nose is heavy mango, hops, passion fruit, mild funk. Solid aroma, but the flavor just seemed a bit off with this one. It had hops, mango, melon, and some funky and feety notes, but the ingredients didn’t mesh well and fell apart once it warmed up.

Location: 12 oz bottle from Wine and Beer Westpark, 12/14/09

Aroma: It has some sweet citrus, some grass, a bit of honey, some cereal
Appearance: Pours a clear golden color with a bubbly white head and drippy lace
Flavor: Fairly mild, has some light sweetness with a funky grassy bitterness
Palate: This beer is pretty light and thin, with soft carbonation
Overall Impression: This beer is alright, not a ton going on, fairly mild on all assets, but not bad. I didnít love it but it is works as a session beer. Hereís the truth, this isnít anything special, but itís still a decent beer, has a little flavor, worth drinking, though it isnít totally memorable. It is clean and refreshing at least

Bottle at The Brickskeller, Washington DC
Hazy blond color. Strange aroma: dirty water, hazelnuts, very light vanilla, light orange peel, yellow grapes; interesting. The mouthfeel is weak, the flavor is poor, quite dry, quite bitter, with a touch of citrus. Below average.
