COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This full-flavored amber lager delivers a complex, toasted malt body and noble hop character. Honey and caramel undercurrents. Vanilla accents. Malty with light and hoppy notes. Finishes dry. Yard Sale pairs well with earthy mushroom bisque, grilled lamb or pork, and even mussels and clams.
STORY
"Yard Sale" is skier slang for when a skier falls down on a slope and loses his gear which ends up scattered down the mountain.

My thoughts on this one is that this is just another okay amber. Malty and I guess true to style, just not that tasty to me.

To sweet for me.

BelgianBeerGal (3386) - Panama City, Florida, USA - APR 13, 2010
12oz bottle from St George state liquor store. Pours a copper colour with a medium offwhite, foamy head. Aroma and flavour were characteristic of a sweeter, caramel malt heavy dark lager. Just a hint of hops but kept it somewhat balanced. Enjoyable.

Bottle thanks to Bu11zeye. Pours a hazy amber with white head. Aroma is fruity, light nut, faint grain and faint malt. Flavor isn’t much different. Mouth feel is light body and watery. Nothing I would recommend.

Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle. The beer pours and orangish-amber color with a white head. The aroma is very malty with some corn. The flavor is malty with some sweetness, but the corn is still there. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Lightly toasted aroma. Taste is pretty thin. Mostly just malts and earthy flavors. Malts don’t taste too great, a little too sweet. Not bad, but I will probably get something else next time.
