Bottle @ home.
Clear light to medium yellow color with huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, barnyard notes, sharp. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (200608)

An unclear orange beer with a fine white head. Both the aroma and the flavor is sweet and spicy - I can’t tell which spices.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a bubbly white head. Dry brett and citric to wooden dry aroma. Flavour is smooth yeasty and slight brettish, dry and mild acidic. Lingering smooth finish with yeasty and brettish notes. Nice one.

(Bottle 33 cl) Very unclear, pale almost greyish colour. Huge, dense and very pretty head. Has some of the same perfumy notes as found in most witbiers - must be the coriander - with some vague, underlying tartness. According to my label this also contains oats - unmalted? 080998

Bottle. Hazy yellow coloured with a huge white ehad. Spicy aroma of fruits and mustard. Flavour of fruits, spices and yeast with notes of leather, citrus and hops. Weird.

Bottle @ Willems, Belgium. Pours unclear golden with a large creamy egg white head and lacings. Nose is herbal and spicy. Makes me think of vomit. Flavor is dry and grainy. A bit of yeast and hops. Clean with a bit of warmth from alcohol. Lively carbonation. Cookie dough. Full bodied. Tasty.

Bottle, 5.8%. Good citric aroma, quite funky. Almost clear golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is OK malty, quite citric, some white wine. The finish is a bit rough with a hint of stable.

Bottle, bought @ Willems, Grobbendonk. Pour is a very clear and very pale golden yellow - almost bordering on clear in colour :o). A big, fluffy white head on top. Aroma is very Saison-ish, lots of herbs, yeast, pepper. Lively mouthfeel. Flavour is impressive when compared to its pale colour. A citric base with light sourness. A herbal centre and a slightly nutty and peppery bitter finish. This has perhaps been down-rated a bit more than it deserved. Seems more like a Tripel than anything else.
