Jan 22, 2003 Tap. Brown mahogany color with a tan head. A great aroma with fruits and malts. Strong malt and hop flavor.

Jul 19, 2004 Dark ruby red, thick lacing. Thick scotch and nuts, some alcohol. butterscotch and toffee as well. Dry finish.

Jun 26, 2005 [Growler] A hazy amber beer with no head. The aroma is sweet and very fruity, but also prunes and some burnt detergents. The flavor is dry roasted and very spicy - with coriander standing out, which makes me think of a Belgian Ale. The end is very dry.
