Malziger, weinartiger Geruch, Trauben. Süßer Start ins Geschehen. Süßmalzige Mitte, Schokolade, weinartig, kaum Alkohol. Abgang dichtmalzig, schwer und süß. Überraschend liquide, könnte aber noch komplexer sein. Ansonsten recht gut.

Brown head. Half-sweet. You can taste the yeast. Decent beer. Best "bruin/brown" (brune) bier I’ve had. Can also taste minerals in this one.

Pours brown with a few floties and a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, toffee, alcohol and dried fruits. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long warm, toffee and fruity finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Ale scura, schiumosa, profumata e dolciastra; note di caramello, frutta candita, spezie e cioccolato si distinguono nell’aroma e nel gusto. Corposa, liquorosa ma tutto sommato di facile beva. Vorrei tanto riassaggiarla.

Bottled. Pours brown in color with a frothy off-white head. Bready, dark bread, malts in aroma, some yeast notes as well. Same bready malty flavor. One dimensional, nothing more nothing less.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, murky brown colour with loads of floaties and a mid-sized tanned foamy head. Nutty toast-malty aroma with notes of caramel, leather and a tinge of molasses. Sweet flavour, full bodied with a soft carbonation. Toast-malty base with caramel, chocolate, notes of dried fruits and a mildly vinous Port-like touch; moderately sweet, toasty malty finish with notes of dried fruits and chocolate. 26.II.13
