Aroma acidulo e fruttato, sentori di toffee, uva e lievito; gusto agrodolce e zuccheroso con note di spezie, frutta candita e caramello, ricorda per certi versi una sour/wild ale. Corpo medio-lieve, effervescenza vivace; particolare ma non entusiasmante.

Pours slightly hazy brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, grain, caramel and hint of smoke. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long caramel and light smoke finish. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle at a restaurant in nyhavn, copenhagen.
The beer starts good with a good looking brown body and a decent head. Smells of chocolate, fruit and malt. The taste is way too sweet, sugar with small hints of spices, no bitterness at all, only sweet sugary taste. Maybe something was wrong with this bottle, but neither I or the guy I shared it with could drink up our glasses, cause it really felt like drinking sugar. Will give it another go if I get the chance for a reasonable price in case we had a bad bottle

Flaw? Ran out the bottle faster than you can say "shit"! Still some head remaining. Black. Cinnamon and a very spice nose. Fullbodied and some length. Very cinnamonsk! But very nice although it is indeed very Xmas like
