COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
De origen Belga, las cervezas Trapenses son de larga tradición, elaboradas por monjes de la orden trapense o cisterciense. Todas ellas son embotelladas con levadura viva, y la mayoría presentan un contenido alto en alcohol. Esto permite que maduren con el tiempo, y cuanto mayor sea su graduación alcohólica más años se puede envejecer, mejorando su perfil de sabor. Umiña da en homenaje a este estilo de cerveza, creando su propia versión añadiéndole moras, lo que le da un sabor y complejidad únicos.

Second Umiña that I taste and it is way better than the IPA. Dark yellow and very hazy. It has a predominant fruity aroma with a little of spices. Fruity flavor, wheat and a dry aftertaste where you can find the blackberries. It mixes well. No lacing at all. A very drinkable trippel. If they improve the appearance in the future, it will be more enjoyable.
