On tap at the brewpub. Brian keeps those lagers coming! Delicious pilsner with a nice hop bite, yet balanced well with flavor and aroma hops. Under-appreciated style, awesome beer.

Had at Uncle Billy's on Lake Travis. Pours a light straw color with a off-white head. The aroma was bready. The taste was marvelous! Very biscuity/pungent taste. Medium mouthfeel. Would buy again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pale yellow pour with creamy white head and lace. Light malt, corn, paper, and sour lemon aroma. Sweet malt, light pepper, and lemon. Light bodied and refreshing. Something non lager about this beer.

On tap at the Uncle Billy’s at Lake Travis. I was excited to try this beer after seeing it won a silver medal in the Keller Beer category at the 2011 GABF. The beer pours a very clear yellow color with a white head. The aroma is full of pilsner malt and bread malt, as well as some grass from the hops. Smells very clean and very nice. The flavor is similar with a few added notes. I get a lot of biscuit malt with some grass from the hops, as well as some light orange and lemon notes which accentuate the other flavors very nicely. Thin to medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. A very easy drinking, refreshing lager. Definitely worthy of its award-winning status.

Draught. Cloudy yellow with no head. nice lemon zest aroma with light malt notes. Flavor is bright and clean with citrus notes and done spicy hops. Good body, full for style but not heavy. Immensely well brewed lager.

Cloudy banana color with a small white head. Strong, bitter hop aroma. Very clean and delicious bitter flavor with a lot of hops and not much malt so it’s just awesome. Very clean carbonated palate. Refreshing and delicious. The beer has some earthen character. Fully satisfying. The end.
