Pours kind of dark for a pale ale... similar to their amber’s color: ruby/brown/dark red. Aroma has a hoppy presence and so does the flavor. Although it has Cascade hops, which I don’t typically get along too well with, I quite liked the brew.

Feb 23, 2008 For a pale, it’s dark, the color of apple cider. It pours with a lot of foam, few couple inches, as do most pales. Weak hoppy aroma. Very strong hop flavor. It’s good, damn near like an IPA. Small carbonation. Sweet malt comes through on the finish.

Feb 6, 2008 Strong citrus aroma with some hop presence. Foggy orange color. Citrus orange flavor with a good hop bitterness.

Feb 6, 2008 Draught. Nose is strong grapefruit hops. Cloudy orange color, light white head. Simple, but tasty bitterness with a good palate.
