Tap at the brewpub. The look is very clear, golden in color, and has a fizzy white head. The smell is grassy, citrus, lemons, aged cheesy hops, and rotten garbage. The taste is all of the same badness.

Growler thanks to ericandersnavy. Macro brew yellow color with some white head. Big purfume and floral notes that are very off putting and dominate the brew. Some sweet grains and medicinal as well.

A nice amber color with a lasting white head. Grassy hay aroma. Strong malty flavor with a cedar taste. Spotty lacing. Good full pale malt flavor sweetened by the extended brew. A great beer with a little warning.

On tap at the restaurant. Orange pour with a big white head. Aroma is caramel and bread. Taste is a ton of caramel, a little more bread, and a malty, grassy finish.

Thanks to ericandersnavy for sharing this growler. The beer pours a yellow color with a white head. The aroma is heavy on the wheat and pilsner malt with some perfume and floral notes mixed in. The flavor is more of the same. I get a ton of florally perfume notes and some pils malt. Low bitterness. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

RE-RATE 6/27/11 On tap at the pub. I’m retrying this because I’m not convinced that the growler I tried was any good. Pours a clear orange color with a ring of white head. Aroma is grassy with floral notes and sweetness. Flavor is very grainy with a bite of hops. Alcohol provides a gentle tingle. Much better.

thanks to the indomitable butternuts, clear yellow pour , some lasting bubbles, aroma and flavor is grainy malty fruit, alcohol is not overwhelming

growler from the brewpub. poured gold with a white head and some spotted lacing. aroma was honey, floral notes, and a paint fume type quality. flavor was alcohol, honey, light citrus, and some hoppy grass bitter on the finish.
