2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Aroma is some clove and grassiness. Lots of carbonation. Taste is a tangy bitterness that lasts. Some faint sweet maltiness. Appearance is a clear gold body. The head is very frothy and retains well.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle to pint glass
Aroma of grapefruit, pineapple, mango, and cereal.
Cloudy amber with lots of black particulates with a tidy but mottled white head.
Sweet tropical fruit up front, with some middling and quite off putting bitterness then some balance of sweet and bitter.
I found lots of aroma and an interesting but not amazing taste. It does suffer a lot from it’s appearance though. I could see this as a sessional bitter.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bomber. Clear light copper, soft pour produces a ridiculously huge cumulus white head which pretty much mutes any aroma. Light toasty pale malt taste, citric, watery and lightly bitter. Well carbonated, thin body, low hopped. Low alcohol translates to low flavor, why bother? MLF (More Lagerboy Friendly)

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours a lightly hazy copper with a nice frothy and lacey white head. Aroma of grassy hops, pale malts and light caramel. Taste is grassy hops, earth and then bitterness, not much to this past the hop flavor and bitterness.

2.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Lots of caramel apparent in the nose. Hazy orange-copper coloured body is topped by a low, off-white head that recedes rapidly to a thin, partial cover. Flavour is kind of subdued though there is a surprising hop bitterness. Body is a bit watery and under-carbonated. Tulip glass. Just above fridge temperature. Bottle purchased at the BCLS at Hellsgate in September 2013.

1.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20
Light amber pour. Spicy hop nose. Flavour is messy, bitter, unbalanced hops. This is awful. Not a good example of the style.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Medium orange amber. Nice hoppy profile, tropical fruits, touch of marmalade, with mild caramel malts. A mild, clean beer with great flavour.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a light copper with loads of foamy off white head, bubbly, lasting, nice lacing. Nice aroma of citrus, grapefruit, a touch of passion fruit. Taste is not as nice, sweet, a touch of bitter, but pretty subtle, metallic and watery. An alright beer.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
650ml brown bottle. Orange pour, pretty clear, fluffy white head on top that leaves a thick collar of foam in the glass. Nose has citrus and slight tropical hops. Taste has floral and citrus notes with mild tropical fruit. Bit of citrus in the finish. Light in body, average carbonation. Not a bad session brew, nice choice of a non-traditional hop was used for a session bitter.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottled sample. Copper in colour with moderate carbonation. Aromas are of stone fruit, toffee, and pale malt. Definitely has that English hop flavor going on (floral, bramble fruit, earth), along with light caramel, fruity yeast, and chalk elements. Watery on the palate, but there is a nice sharp hop bitterness as well. It could have used more bready malt flavor to flesh it out a bit (which is a deficiency that many bottled bitters seem to have as well), but there’s still some good things going on here too.
