Jumbo can. Pours pale clear golden with a nice white head. I get hints of a nice belgian yeast on the nose as well as a sweet malt aroma. Very sweet flavour with the yeasty esters dominating, not really getting the poppy seed and it is a very light bitterness. Different but not bad.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
473ml can pours a golden color with a finger of white head that leaves a few specks of lacing on the glass. Aroma is grassy with with hints of yeast and spice. Taste is a grassy hop bitterness with an underlying malty sweetness and hints of yeast and spices. Light to medium bodied with some decent carbonation. A fairly common beer from a supposed uncommon brewer. Ok, but nothing really special.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Total Wine Fairfax 4-pack of cans: Pours an orange colour with a white head. Aroma is very fruity, with a noticeable amount of yeast. Taste is somewhat sweet. Hops are present. Uncommon Brewers always throws in some extras in there of weird flavours. That being said, this beer is much more standard than their bizarre Gemini Ale. This was also pretty good to drink on a roasty summer day out in the hot sun.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hazy yellow body with a tiny but long-lasting white head, ok lacing. Very pleasant sweet and crisp aroma with yeast, spices and citrus. Light sweet taste and an unusually prominent acidity. Extremely crisp and citric flavour profile, lots and lots of lemon! Also yeast and spices. Lovely thirst-quenching mouthfeel. One of the most refreshing brews I’ve ever had!

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tap at Rogue Wetbar. Pale golden straw colour. The nose is lovely and a little bit spicy. A touch of coriander and clove along with a touch of soft honeyed sweetness. A little touch of something like toffee but it’s got a nice softness as well. Spicy yeast with a touch of light white pepper on the back. Simple, but nicely dry and spicy. Like a saison brewed with witbier yeast.

On tap at Gaasa, Oslo. Slightly hazy golden with a small white head. Fruity aroma with lightly yeasty notes, citrus, pineapple and malt. Lightly sour with some bitterness in the finish. Sour and citric aftertaste with hints of apples. Quite nice and refreshing on a sunny afternoon in the backyard of Gaasa. (2012-06-22)
