Bier Temple, Amsterdam. Keg. Lightly hazy gold beer with a pale cream coloured head. Palate is light and a little dry. Fresh minerally carbonation provides light crispness. Slight sour vibe here. Lightly tangy marmalade with a touch of lemon. Light floralness. All tangy to mildly sour. Balanced by a nice clean vanilla oak. Finishes semi dry with a vanilla linger. Unusual and pretty tasty. Good stuff.

On tap & burger.santa cruz. Hazed orange pour with a white head. Aroma is apple sauce, oak, and some sweet sugar. A touch of cinnamon, too. Flavor is sweet all the way through. Tastes mostly like cinnamon apple sauce. A bit of sugar, oak, and booze. A slight tang on the finish.

Draught @ Beer Temple. Lightly hazy yellow color, small to medium sized dense white head. Aroma reminds me of green apples and wood. Taste lightly malts, green apple, lightly sour, some wood, grapes and grapepeel sour-bitter. Quite refreshing.

Sample at the Tap House Grill in Seattle. Clear dark golden pour with a medium thin creamy white head that recedes gradually to a film. Patchy lacing on the glass. Aroma of oak and grainy malt. Medium body with an oaky character and notes of yeast and caramel malt. The finish is oaky with a peppery yeast aftertaste. Oak aging definitely improved the base beer based on my recollection of the original. Decent overall.
