Caña en el lúpulo el 02-10-2014. Cuarto día de pinchado. Color rubio dorado algo translúcido con poca espuma, sabores a licor seco con maderas y ligero amargo final. Predominio de sensación seca licorosa y alcohólica, con un cuerpo medio de 10 vol con ligero paso por boca. Bien

UPDATED: DEC 30, 2013 Draught @ Beer Temple. Clear golden color, medium sized white head. Aroma and taste are malts, lightly sweet malts, hops, resin, pine, bitterness. Is this a tripel? Damn hoppy one! Nice full body, medium carbonation.

Tap @ Beer Temple. Golden to amber color, slightly hazy. White head. Aroma’s of caramel malts, hints of sweet fruit, slightly smoky. Caramel malts, smoky and alcohol retronasal. Flavor is moderate bitter, dry, hardly sweet. Rather strong alcohol feel. Medium bodied. Finishes dry, somewhat bitter. Quite nice actually.

Bier Temple, Amsterdam. Keg. Clear gold beer, good off white head. Palate is smooth and a little dry with good fine minerally carbonation. Sweet malt with nice floral and German nutty characteristics. Banana ester leads to sweet tinned peach and mango. Finishes dry with Belgian Golden style spice. Nice.

Clear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity, bready malt, moderate hoppy, light to moderate yeasty, spicy yeast, peppery. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, tart, pine neddles, peppery, spicy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130427]
