Many thanks for this Bio bottle bier to kevnic2008. Niemal cudownie laskoczace jezyk piwo, metne tak jak przystalo na piwo orkiszowe, niesamowite platy zboza zmieszane z tona drozdzy. Piana obfita super trwala i kremowej konsystencji. Zapach porzadnie suszonej moreli, a w smaku daktyle ze zrumienionym zytnim pieczywem. Wlasnie to piwo bardzo mi przypominalo najlepsze niemieckie Roggenbier. Polecam bo w dodatku jest to ekologiczne piwo.

0,5l bottle, 24.05.15. Dark brown with lots of yeast in the glass. Fresh clove-nose. Fruity. The beer starts intense fruity. Earthy-dry, smooth, clove and yeast. Great. Not much banana, but lots of clove. Earthy-dry in the background, fruity-clove-yeasty in the foreground. Great combination. On the tongue remains this aroma for long. Great, full-bodied, highly drinkable and somehow creamy. 13/12/13/13

12.07.14, Bottle 0,5 l, Kapsel, Zielona Góra, Poland Bursztynowe, mętne piwo z puszystą, obfitą pianą i mocnym, pszenicznym aromatem. W smaku trochę wodniste, choć wyraziście pszeniczne z lekką goryczka na finiszu.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes orangegelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig fruchtig, Getreide. Geschmack fruchtig hefig, getreidig.

Bottle @JustBeer. Golden, with a big whit head. Great Hefeweizen, well balanced, with a hint of something which is probably due to spelt malt.

Bottle courtesy of kevinic, cheers
Slightly hazy pale amber brown with dense white head. Some slight banana yeast esters on the nose. Fairly sweet, steady stream of carbonation, full bodied, but fairly papery dryness and minimal aftertaste.

Beer pours out of the bottle in a cloudy yellow-orange colour with first big, than steady head and medium body. Aroma of yeast and old bread. Taste of dusty grains, old bread, old fruit and basement. Awful to drink.

Aha ’Dinkel’ not ’Dunkel’. Now I understand the colour of this one better. Has a thick soapy head stained with the yeasty residue from the bottom of the bottle. This is a gassy beer. There’s a slightly sharp, wheaty taste with some caramel sweetness in the background.

Pours orange/amber with nice thick, rocky head. Aroma is bread, rye, and faint weizen smells. Taste is similar, brown bread, apple pie filling, brown sugar. A different take on the weizen style using this ancient grain.
